The hotel is conveniently located right next to Hazrat Shahjalal Airport, and also on Dhaka's main avenue. The staff are polite and always ready to help with any questions. The room is simple, nothing fancy, but clean, and has a shower and toilet. Breakfast is good, but there was no meat, at least not for us.

The hotel is clean, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the facilities are complete and beyond expectations. It is a very satisfactory stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

A great Hotel in all aspects except one. I had a nice quiet room, stable wifi. Friendly restaurant staff, room service and security. great restaurant and good buffet breakfast. Always welcomed with smiling and friendly people. Room service cleaned every day. A credit to the hotel. I would like to give 10 stars. However the reception staff really let the hotel down. Impolite, rude and unfriendly. i was going to extend my stay but due to the nature of reception staff i moved to another hotel. such a shame as this is a great place to stay if the manager can address their attitude. it left a negative perception of an otherwise great stay.

I liked the hotel, best location, dealing with other facilities/services, and morning breakfast (as I stayed night and checked out at 12 pm).

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

Every staff member—from reception to room service—was polite, attentive, and professional. They made sure guests were comfortable and satisfied at all times. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Dhaka with great food and excellent service, Priyo Nibash Hotel is a wonderful choice. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.
