⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

I liked the hotel, best location, dealing with other facilities/services, and morning breakfast (as I stayed night and checked out at 12 pm).

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

The hotel is clean, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the facilities are complete and beyond expectations. It is a very satisfactory stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Hazrat Shahjalal Airport, and also on Dhaka's main avenue. The staff are polite and always ready to help with any questions. The room is simple, nothing fancy, but clean, and has a shower and toilet. Breakfast is good, but there was no meat, at least not for us.

It's a 10-minute walk from the airport. Thumbs up to the receptionist! She was very welcoming and even proactively contacted the taxi driver via voice message.

Restaurant staff are great and very helpful Housekeeping staff are very shy to say the least Location is great 👍 Overall was a good stay only feedback was hotel should have a heating option available as winter nowadays is very challenging in Bangladesh

Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

It was great to stay at Uttara Merino, especially the hospitality of the staff was amazing. However, the bathroom needs to be cleaned more.
