The view from the room was absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of our stay. We were given two rooms, which made the stay very comfortable for our group of 3. The shower had great water pressure and was honestly one of the best we experienced during our trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Gosau, this hotel offers great value for money. There’s also a sauna and fitness room available. One thing to note is that the sauna follows the traditional Austrian style, where guests are expected to use it nude. The bathroom layout was a little unusual, with the toilet and shower located in separate areas, which felt slightly inconvenient at times. As for the breakfast, there weren’t many options. We also tried the hotel’s dinner buffet (€29 per person), and it was quite decent.

This is an unforgettable resort, like being in a fairyland, with a lake next to it. The resort has many children's play facilities, which is very suitable for the whole family to play. On the other side of the river is Hatshepsut, the most beautiful town in the world. We stayed in a log cabin, which is rare for Asians like me to stay in. It was very romantic and dreamy here, and I didn't even want to leave. There is a small convenience store attached to the resort, which has a lot of food. The rooms have a full set of kitchen utensils and microwaves. After buying food in the store, you can go back to the holiday home and cook it. You don't have to worry about having nothing to eat. The bus stop to Hasutat is right in front of the resort. Accommodation here is twice as cheap as on the Hasselt side. After staying for the first night, I really wanted to stay one more day the next day, but unfortunately the hotel was full. The beautiful lady also gave me a free breakfast, which was the best breakfast I had during my trip. When checking out, the lady kindly asked me what I thought of the resort. I said I really wanted to stay for one more day, and the computer immediately checked for me again, but unfortunately there were no rooms available, so I had to leave and go to Hacienda to stay for one more day. I hope I can come back to this beautiful town next time and stay a few more days.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!

Hotel on the main road of Bad Ischl, right next to a large supermarket and the Sissi patisserie. This time, my room had a security mirror by the window, offering a view of the street. The furniture in the room was all made of metal and quite noisy. The heating was extremely hot at night, so I had to sleep with the window open. There were no slippers, but a 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash was provided. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Parking is extremely convenient, right underground with direct elevator. We stayed in a 2 adult 1 child room and it was really big. The washroom was very spacious as well. We especially loved the free unlimited sparkling water on the ground floor. Ourdoor breakfast was very pleasant.

It's a bit far from the station, and walking around with my suitcase was tiring, but the scenery near the hotel is nice, with a park and a theater, and the hotel itself is quite new. However, there was a small hiccup. On the first night, the front desk gave me the wrong room type, which was smaller than the room I booked and didn't have a sofa bed. When I first contacted the front desk, they said they had no rooms available to change to. After I insisted on arguing, they changed me to the correct room type, but both nights were on the lower floor (first floor).

We booked the hotel because of an Asian festival right next door. The Arte Hotel also has a very good location. Right on the Danube. You can walk across the bridge straight into the lively center, where you'll find everything you need. The nightlife is very lively on weekends. There's a garage for €19 a day, and you can drive straight from the garage to your room. There's a short-term parking zone right in front of the hotel, which is particularly worthwhile from 12 p.m. on Saturdays and free on Sundays. The minimum deposit is one euro, but I didn't think you need a ticket when parking is free. I wasn't sure. Breakfast is optional, but we didn't take advantage of it. Apparently there's also a sauna and fitness center, which we didn't use.
