Extremely satisfied with this hotel! Even though we booked an economy room, it was the largest I've ever stayed in abroad. Our room opened up to a garden, and it was fully equipped, including kitchenware (just bring your own seasonings and oil). The supermarket right outside sells organic products, which are a bit pricey. You can drive to the Eurospar supermarket about 600 meters away for more options, but be mindful of their opening hours – they usually close at 7 PM and at 6 PM on Saturdays. The experience felt just like home. A stroll around the small town after dinner was also very chill.

This hotel is located in Gosau, Austria. You can reach the hotel directly by taking bus 150 from Salzburg, then transferring to buses 541 and 542. Gosau is about a 30-minute drive from Lake Hallstatt. The hotel itself is a large wooden lodge, with the reception and restaurant conveniently located next to each other. The room was a good size and had a balcony. The sink and shower are separate from the toilet, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend booking a west-facing room, as it offers breathtaking views of the distant snow-capped mountains. We opted for both breakfast and dinner; breakfast was a bit basic, but dinner was decent. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The hotel has a great location; we arrived by train and it was just a short walk from the station. The hotel has a direct bus to Hallstatt, which is very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for those who prefer Chinese food, and the dishwasher is a great help after meals. The only thing to note is that there is no hairdryer in the room; please contact the front desk in advance to avoid discovering this after showering.

It is a bit far from downtown Linz. The room is spacious and clean, but it is a bit cold. There was a small heater that I used, and it was very powerful. The bathroom drainage is poor. There are absolutely no amenities. There isn't even a refrigerator or kettle in the room.

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside the restaurant's exit, a 20-meter walk to the right leads you to Empress Sisi's favorite patisserie. It's also very close to the train station. We arrived just in time for their annual city festival, where people of all ages dressed in century-old styles and participated in various lively activities. The breakfast was also good, featuring fresh-squeezed orange juice and freshly sliced cured ham.

1. The view is first-rate, with several restaurants, all with the best view of the lake. The food tastes good. The price is moderate. The layout of the building is also very thoughtful. 2. The hotel's lakeside swimming pool is kept at a constant temperature of 30 degrees, with a glass bottom, so it is not cold to swim, and it seems to be one with the lake. 3. The service is thoughtful. A manual is given upon check-in to show you how to get around the building. It is very clear. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. 4. The room facilities are a bit old, not big, and there is no kettle. The hygiene is OK.
