The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory.
A big thank you to all the staff!
A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!
The girl at the front desk is pretty, the breakfast is OK, the hotel is behind the Danube, the hotel has slippers, this is rare in European hotels, you can also ask the front desk for toothbrushes.
Large, clean room, comfortable bed
Room service even between nights
Far from the city, but public transport is a 3-minute walk away, which is a plus for getting there quickly
The environment is very good, the hotel is also very high-end, that is, the location is a bit remote, suitable for people with cars to come and live, and parking is free. Fajny hotel, bardzo czysty. Przyjechaliśmy w nocy - automaty do check-inu zadziałały bez problemu.
Duże pokoje. Przydalby sie czajnik w pokoju.
No i bouldery! Dla fanów wspinaczki wspaniałe miejsce! Jeśli w przyszłości będę jechał przez te okolice to na pewno się zatrzymam w tym hotelu!

FFlyingNoodlesAmazing winter mountain views and a super cozy room with elegant wood design—simple, comfortable, and straight out of a fairytale. The breakfast spread was incredibly delicious, and the hotel’s design is beautiful in every detail. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the welcome drinks and early check-in. A wonderful stay overall.

MM40080****Very average. The hotel doesn't even qualify as a 4-star hotel; it's mediocre even among 3-star hotels. The room setup is bizarre; I rarely see bedside tables and sofas made entirely of iron, which makes a lot of noise when you put things on them. There's no clear water barrier between the shower area and other areas in the bathroom, so water overflows during showers, which is difficult to manage. The breakfast was decent.
GGuest User1. The view is first-rate, with several restaurants, all with the best view of the lake. The food tastes good. The price is moderate. The layout of the building is also very thoughtful. 2. The hotel's lakeside swimming pool is kept at a constant temperature of 30 degrees, with a glass bottom, so it is not cold to swim, and it seems to be one with the lake. 3. The service is thoughtful. A manual is given upon check-in to show you how to get around the building. It is very clear. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. 4. The room facilities are a bit old, not big, and there is no kettle. The hygiene is OK.
FFuntravelerI stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and chose a package with breakfast included. The hotel environment is very new and clean, with a modern design and a comfortable feeling. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly, attentive, and the breakfast selection is rich and satisfactory.
However, I encountered some problems during my stay. First, on the day of check-in (about 10am), I asked the front desk whether I could have breakfast (it should not be included on the app), and the front desk staff said yes, but did not mention the additional charge and the amount of the fee. It was not until check-out that I was told that I needed to pay for breakfast, which made me feel very helpless. I don't mind paying, but I hope that the front desk can clearly explain the details of the fee in advance to avoid misunderstandings.
Secondly, the housekeeping needs to be improved. At 9 o'clock in the morning on the second day of check-in, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door to clean the room, but I was not out at the time, so I told them to come back to clean in two hours and hang a door sign at the door requesting cleaning. However, when I returned to the room at night, I found that the room was not cleaned at all, which made me a little disappointed.
Overall, the hotel facilities and restaurant services are satisfactory, but the communication at the front desk and the execution of housekeeping need to be strengthened. I hope the hotel can improve these problems and provide a smoother check-in experience.

GGuest UserA new fresh hotel. Great concept. Tasty food (dinner and breakfast). Great view over the lake from the room (6th floor - West side). Plenty of free parking spaces including a bunch of charging slots for electric cars. Motivated and exceptionally friendly staff. Quick Wi-Fi in all areas. I saw a LAN socket in the room (didn't try it though). Great gym. Sauna was open. Nearby tourist attractions are easily reached by car. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Austria.
