During our stay, we managed to catch the sunrise moment of Mt. Fuji at early morning directly from our room window, we were at awe. We booked the family room for three and the room condition was clean with comfortable sheets. The location was great because its near to convenient store and nearby restaurant. They served varieties of local food and tasted delicious. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I like the good experience of staying at this hotel and will come back again next time.
Fuji-Q Hotel is part of the Fuji-Q Group, located on the mountain north of Lake Yamanakako. If you call the hotel from Yamanakako Bus Station, they'll send a car to pick you up. There was a handsome foreign gentleman at the front desk who gave a very detailed explanation of the hotel's facilities – big thumbs up! We booked a balcony room, which was great value for money. The room was spacious, and the complimentary bottled water had a lovely design, perfect for Instagram photos. The view of Mount Fuji from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and you could pretty much overlook the entire Lake Yamanakako. We tried both hot springs at the hotel, each with its own unique charm. The 'Starlit Bath' allows you to gaze at the starry sky from the outdoor pool at night, while the other hot spring offers views of Mount Fuji's sunrise in the early morning. Unfortunately, you can't take phones inside for photos. The hotel's breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. When we visited, the hotel was even hosting a haiku event, and if your submission was chosen, you could win a free night! I wonder if our entry will be lucky enough to be selected. Anyway, it's the thought that counts, haha. All in all, it was a fantastic stay.
The staff was really nice and helpful! Also there were very delicious traditional breakfasts provided for extra charge that was more than affordable. The hotel is not far from the station, about 10-15 minutes walk with beautiful views on the Mountain Fuji and cozy streets. If you go left you’ll come across lots of shops and cafes.
The hotel itself is pretty old, but renovated and has huge rooms (especially in Japan).
Didn’t get the information about trash collecting, nobody did it and it was a bit inconvenient.
Anyway, I adored this place and didn’t have any troubles.
Thank you so much!
The moment I stepped into the room, I was completely awestruck by the magnificent view of Mount Fuji, filling the entire large window. The room itself wasn't very spacious, and the window couldn't be opened, but that actually made it better, as if the view was a perfectly framed painting. I didn't feel stuffy at all thanks to the air conditioning and exhaust fan. I think this is the kind of room where you can indulge in the luxury of simply gazing at the scenery and unwinding.
Perfect location to see the whole Fuji mountain. you must need car because this location is not easy for public transport. The whole unit is just perfect. it provide breakfast daily as well. Tou can sit at the rooftop to view the city and moutain. it is factastic
The room was super small, the bed was small, and there was a bed. But the facilities are complete, the service is very good, and the breakfast is delicious. There is a supermarket nearby and there are many restaurants, which is very convenient. Recommended stay
I really liked the hotel overall
1. The staff was very nice and knew some english so conversation was possible. Fast response times in chat is good service
2. Breakfast was really good
3. Location is very good, got bus stops around the hotel and you can use google maps to know which buses to take, when they come. I used suica card on apple wallet or on app on the scanner when boarding the bus to get around. The bus which is like 5 minutes walk can take you to lake kawaguchiko, gotemba premium outlets, and more. You also got lawson within 4 minutes walk which is a pretty cool convenience store that also has things like katsu sandwiches and cheeseburgers for snacks, ogino a grocery store within 6 min walk, and some other soup restaurants like udon and hoto noodles
4. Close to the lake pier which is great for biking around Lake Yamanaka which was probably my favorite part of visiting besides the local food it is what I would say life changingly beautiful
5. The onsen which is inside the hotel was very relaxing and nice, and you can put cold water into it if its too hot
Now i haven't been to other hotels around the area so I cant compare but I would definitely come again
The hotel is too new and smells of formaldehyde! The room is only cleaned every two days. I suggest changing towels daily and disposing of trash daily.
Outstanding

AAnonymous UserNo regret in choosing this hotel! Unobstructed view of the mt fuji. Can u imagine watching this beautiful view from ur room. It also includes free breakfast and dinner, huge variety of food. Also they provide free shuttle service to kawaguchiko station. Will definitely share this hotel to my friends! Only one little problem i encountered was the shower head keeps dripping even after i turn it off and the dripping sound is kinda annoying. I have tried pointing the shower head into several position but it just doesn’t work. Overall, im satisfied because ntg can beat this beautiful fuji view.
GGuest UserThe staff at Fuji Premium Resort went above and beyond to help us when we had some difficulties.
When we went it was snowing hard and had been involved in a minor car accident. The staff kept registration open late, got us food at no extra charge from the gift shop because the dining area was closed, and arranged transportation for us to get back to our car the next day because it was not able to get up the hill in the icy conditions and no other cost.
The rooms were nice and comfortable and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious.
Would absolutely stay with them again.
MM693401****Pros:
1. The Mt. Fuji view was perfect. The cleanliness and condition of the facilities were absolutely fine, even exceeding expectations. It's much better than some older, traditional hotels with Mt. Fuji views, offering excellent value for money at this price point.
2. The hotel service was also great. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and the housekeepers, everyone offered service with a smile. Perhaps because it was the off-season, another couple checking in at the same time received a room upgrade. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service from Kawaguchiko Station.
3. The restaurant staff were very professional. While the sukiyaki for dinner wasn't a huge surprise, it was decent and had no flaws.
4. It's only a few hundred meters from Oishi Park, which is easily walkable. Compared to other attractions, it's a bit more niche, but the scenery is beautiful and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
Cons:
1. It's quite a distance from Kawaguchiko Station, making it a bit far from other attractions.
2. You can't see Mt. Fuji at night due to the lack of light (which isn't the hotel's fault).
3. All rooms are non-smoking, and the small open space in front of the hotel with Mt. Fuji views is also a non-smoking area. There's only a small designated smoking area at the back entrance of the hotel. As a smoker, it's a bit inconvenient, but completely understandable and acceptable.
4. Also, there are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. The Oishi Store listed on Apple Maps is actually closed.
5. To reach the hotel, you have to walk up a relatively long slope. It can be a bit tiring if you're on foot, but once you're down the slope, you're right by Lake Kawaguchiko, and there are very few people.
Overall, the hotel is excellent. If you're staying with a partner, you can take a walk along Lake Kawaguchiko below the hotel. With Mt. Fuji right in front of you, the atmosphere is romantic and there are few people around. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers the absolute best value for money given its location with Mount Fuji views. The facilities and service are also excellent. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Lake Kawaguchiko. We chose a room with windows, and the hotel gave us a corner room, so the front window offered a perfect view of Lake Kawaguchiko, and the side window overlooked Mount Fuji. The hotel also has free hot spring baths, which was a nice bonus. We also booked breakfast and dinner, and they were quite good!
GGuest UserTraditional Japanese hot spring hotel with beautiful lake side view and experienced front desk. The hotel is located just near the famous Tenjozan cable car station and quite easy to access to other attraction site on foot or by riding a bicycle. A 90 min all-you-can-eat hot pot buffet is provided during the stay as well as the delicate Japanese style breakfast. Hot spring can be found in each guest room and on the 2nd floor for public use as well. Overall, I am quite happy with my visit to the Breezy Bay hotel.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the view of Mount Fuji waking up to such a clear and beautiful view was truely unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very relaxing.
What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were extremely warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
