The buffet restaurant on the sixth floor and the à la carte restaurant on the second floor each have their own unique features, but both are very convenient, offering food to satisfy almost everyone's needs. The bar on the third floor offers early bird meals, catering to early risers. Particularly noteworthy is the free-flowing selection of various red and white wines, whiskeys, and beers. The waiters' attentiveness is truly admirable. The entertainment on the cruise ship is truly enjoyable for energetic individuals. Especially commendable are the daily debriefings after each cruise, which provide a wealth of knowledge about seafaring. The afternoon Antarctic exploration and science lectures are particularly memorable.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience: a Spring Festival Antarctic trip! 17 days is considered the "basic" Antarctic itinerary, already dreamlike enough for those not into adventure. Personally, I feel a trip to Antarctica isn't complete without experiencing the Drake Passage, and thankfully, both the outbound and return journeys encountered relatively "gentle" 4-5 meter waves, which I managed without seasickness medication. This was my first time on an Antarctic cruise, so I can't make direct comparisons, but Pontopiles' cruise ships, in terms of both facilities and service, lived up to the hype on Ctrip, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu. Led by a handsome captain, we experienced a wealth of polar scenery and activities. Unlimited Wi-Fi on board was a big plus. Because the trip was quite far, I opted for a group tour. Ctrip and the travel agency, LaMeiTu, handled almost everything. Before the trip, they helped with visas, booked flights, and reminded us of important information. From the airport, LaMeiTu's tour leader, Hao Zhipeng, became our nanny, guide, photographer, translator, and more. Before the trip, I mentioned to the travel agency that we would be celebrating our wedding anniversary and birthday, not expecting much. However, our guide, Hao, specially brought supplies from China to decorate our room on the cruise ship. We celebrated our anniversary and birthday on board and even received a congratulatory letter from the captain – a very pleasant surprise and meaningful experience. Latino Travel is reliable.

Norwegian Cruise Line is characterized by its understated luxury, unlike the ostentatious, trendy lobbies of MSC Cruises' Schwarzkopf. However, finding a comfortable seat for casual conversation is also relatively limited. There are plenty of seats for relaxation and conversation, and the soaking tubs are quite nice. While there isn't a large banquet hall (for the Captain's Banquet), the service standard in the main dining room is very high. Besides the main restaurant and buffet, there are several complimentary smaller restaurants offering Asian cuisine like Lanzhou noodles, as well as British fish and chips and American burgers. I particularly enjoyed it.

A long-haul cruise from Italy to Dubai, passing through the famous Suez Canal, was a truly unique journey. The majority of passengers were elderly, and perhaps due to the long duration, the food was predominantly Western. The cruise route included stops in Rome, Athens, Haifa, Jordan, Oman, and Abu Dhabi before arriving in Dubai. A visa is required to disembark in Israel; previously, it could be obtained on board, but this is no longer possible. Disembarkation was possible in other cities, and hiring a private car to visit attractions was much cheaper and more convenient than the ship's bus.

Faced with nature, humanity is so insignificant. The closer we get to nature, the more awe we feel. The Arctic Ocean is not just covered in snow and ice floes; its diverse landscapes are truly breathtaking. Each cruise brings a new experience, a shared feeling and a feast for the eyes. The "feast" of the Arctic Ocean and the polar regions remains, and these beautiful scenes and profound emotions will be forever preserved in our memories and hearts.

Overall it was good, but the performances in the ship's grand theater could be improved.
