The hotel reception is very good. If there are available rooms, you can check in early. The room needs to be cleaned by pressing ”Cleaning the room” on the door. The WiFi is occasionally disconnected. There is a supermarket, Burger King and Starbucks next to the hotel.

A truly wonderful place. Cleanliness, tranquility, excellent service, a warm welcome, early check-in, and provision of all essentials including soap, towels, tissues, tea, coffee, drinking water, and even firewood for the stove. The restaurant is excellent, the breakfast is delicious and varied, and the resort staff are incredibly polite, courteous, and friendly. The location is superb, right on Lake Sapanca, and easily accessible, contrary to some exaggerated reviews. I thank Dedeman for the opportunity to spend a pleasant time at their resort, and we will definitely visit again, God willing.

I enjoyed staying 2 night there The bungalow was clean abd the owner or the person who served us was so friendly and welcoming. Nice wooden houses with many greens around, it is cosy inside and there is manual for grill. The only concern is noise from the highway when you seat on terrace, mattress is very soft for one whom it is important. Breakfast is served from 9 to 10 without options.

The reception staff at this hotel are friendly, the reception hall is spacious and there are welcome fruits, coffee and mineral water. There are many types of breakfast, the moving line is very good, it is recommended that travelers can live in this room.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, booking two rooms for my friend's wedding. Both my friends and I were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tidy. The common areas were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful in every way. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. We experienced no problems during our stay. Despite it being a short stay, we felt very comfortable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Sakarya. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality.

Good location, clean, big room, parking in the back. But the spa and pool disappointing because they wouldn’t let you enter without a haircap and they expect you to buy one.

It couldn't be a good accommodation for the night we attended a wedding in Violin Garden nearby. The room we stayed was clean, had enough equipment and was outlooked with the lake, but it was a little small for two people, it was a single seat, there was no cleaning stick in the toilet. The receptionists were very concerned about everything, and helped. The breakfast place on the lake was very beautiful; it was not like it could be finished both in grass and in quantity; but the latte we received was passed in our coffee account as a addition, it could have been a reward. I need to look for such small accounts for the hosts.

We went to read the comments and the outcome was much better than we expected, the location is great, it gives you a feeling of holiday. We went to the family four rooms and Valeria hn helped very much in the reservation, The problems arising from the hotel owners ***meat concerns are quickly dealing with the kitchen only should be a little more optional . There is a limited menu , but live music was great, we had fun, we made a beautifully satisfying holiday to go again . We stayed at night ***we were happy .
