The hotel is set at 3 stars at best, but safety is the first priority. Breakfast is average. The environment and food in Islamic countries cannot be complimented. It only costs 20 dinars from Tunisia airport to this hotel, but the airport rental is too bad and charges 50 dinars You, especially the hotel’s parking taxi drivers, must take pictures and keep them in order to avoid complaints when they are cheated. I have issued a taxi license number for a liar. Don’t take this liar’s car.

I've been going to this hotel for two years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but also attentive to their guests. The cleanliness is impeccable. We feel very safe, which is good because the airport is nearby.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It's a warm, elegant, and impeccably clean establishment. The entire team is incredibly attentive, always listening and catering to their guests' needs. The staff is smiling, available, and responds to every request with professionalism. The hotel is spacious and offers all the necessary comforts. My room was large, perfectly maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have excellent nights of sleep. I particularly appreciated the direct access to the beach, a real highlight that made my stay even more enjoyable. I will gladly return on my next visit to Tunis. I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Mixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy

I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said ”Someone will bring it to your room”, but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out. Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating. As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

Perfect location. 5 minutes to Avenue Bourguiba and 10 minutes to the beginning of the Medina. Hotel clean and perfect for a stay in Tunis.

Regarding the food, I only had breakfast at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The breakfast spread was generous, with a good variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit. The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day. Overall, my experience at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was enjoyable, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a satisfying breakfast.

If u ever in tunisia make sure u stay at tis hotel.the design is fabulous.my bed facing the sea.u can lay in bed sea view. Every staff is nice and try their best to service. Specially the reception gal at check in. She upgraded my room. Really appreciate. Their garden is huge very peaceful .plus private beach walk. cardio room great view. My opinion well worth the money.don’t miss the sunrise sky turning pink.u can’t see pink from the photo.u can see it when ur here. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

A pleasant stay. Lake Tunis in front of the hotel is beautiful, and you can enjoy the lake view from your room balcony. The hotel lobby is grand, and the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and guest rooms were all very friendly. The breakfast ingredients were fresh. Although it's relatively close to the airport, you can barely hear the noise of planes taking off and landing when the doors and windows are closed. Standing on the balcony, you can hear the planes taking off and landing, but the noise isn't loud, and it seems like there aren't many flights taking off and landing each day.
