It was a beautiful experience at the Taj Swarna, Staff were pleasant upon arrival - quickly checked in and directed to the lift. Staff were presentable and approachable. Taj Swarna has all the required amenities for a nice stay, it is only outdated with furnishing. Location is very close to a mall within 3 mins of walking. Room service was good - a little bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was good. Overall stay was good.

We booked 2 rooms and are very happy with the stay. Breakfast is good also despite not a very big spread. Complimentary airport shuttle is available.

I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 10 years. Always the best place to stay. Tried and tested. Price is a bit expensive and went up in recent times but overall an excellent place to stay.

Staff was polite and responsive. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Only downside: Wi-Fi was a bit slow in the evenings, and the hallway noise was noticeable. Still, highly recommend for the price and convenience. Would stay again with earplugs!”

Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

The most comfortable hotel for me in Chardigarh. Screen service, room is all , even weights. Pleasant bed and snowy lingerie, don't want to get out. 24h fitness, and swimming pool, though small but pleasant. Many sikhs at the entrance in dress turbans. I love sikhs

Hyatt is the best hotel in Ludhiana. The location is very good. It is adjacent to a Shipping mall and ca n’t adapt to Indian food. You can go to this mall to eat KPF or McDonald ’s. Well, including the security staff at the entrance are polite. We rented a car from the hotel to the airport, and the lobby manager was always with us outside the door until the car came, and we also deliberately brought some bottles of mineral water. sincere gratitude. Will stay at this hotel next time.

The area around the hotel is almost deserted, and shopping is not very convenient. But the service is still good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that is open until eleven o'clock in the evening. The room is clean, but it is very inconvenient without a car.
