Staying at a hotel run by Chinese owners was incredibly heartwarming! Being in an unfamiliar place and not speaking the language, the owner warmly helped us arrange a taxi and patiently communicated our destination, solving our biggest transportation challenge. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and we felt a rare sense of familiarity in a foreign land. This is definitely our top recommendation for anyone traveling here!

There's a social and cultural center next door, mainly for various performances, and a park with lots of fitness equipment. There's road construction going on around here, so it's a bit chaotic. The location is a bit far from attractions, but still within walking distance, since we were traveling independently. Service: The front desk staff speaks English, so communication wasn't a problem. However, they held onto our passports, which was incomprehensible. We had to check in at 2 PM, and they wouldn't return them until the evening. Facilities: We booked a comfort suite. The room was spacious, with a central hallway, a bedroom, a living room, and two bathrooms. The bedroom had a bathtub with a massage function, and they provided two bottles of water. There was also a water dispenser in the hallway, so we could boil water in the room. The bathroom had a clothes rack with a dryer, which was great, and there was also an electric heater, which would be very useful in winter.

This isn't my first time in Blagoveshchensk, and we always choose this hotel. The service is top-notch, and the location is super convenient. The staff are polite, and their customer-oriented approach is simply outstanding. Highly recommend!
