Overall clean but when you stayed? The same thing was seen in the bathroom and there was a little dust in the room. But the hot spring water was good enough to come next time and the room was warm so it was so good :) There are various amenities available, and breakfast is provided during the week, and there are places to walk around, so it's one night. It was a pity. Recommended for those who come to Deoksan Onsen.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The self check-in process was easy and convenient. The location is good and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would stay here again if I visit Cheonan in the future.

1. Hotel Service Everyone was kind and welcomed me with a smile, which was great. 2. Facilities I booked a Single Twin and was assigned to the 7th floor. The room was much more spacious than I expected, which surprised me. Is this really a room for 102,000 won on a weekday...? Hahaha... It's a size comparable to a large business class room I stayed in during my business trip to Guangzhou, China. It's mind-boggling. If I could find a room this size in Korea, I would highly recommend it. 3. Bed (Non-Top) You can't help the carpet floor, right? There is a carpet smell... it does happen a bit. I requested Febreze, sprayed it on the floor, and ventilated the room, and the smell disappeared after that. Thank goodness. ^^ The bedding was spotless, and I slept very, very well. Hmm... it would have been heaven if an air purifier had been provided. But by 4-star standards, it is a really well-maintained, very, very good quality room. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided, so you have to buy them; please bring your own! Since it was confirmed when I made the reservation, I brought my own in advance. 4. Food As a hotel guest, you can use the breakfast buffet for 2***00 won, so I paid right away at the front desk while checking in. Seriously, you absolutely must just pay and have breakfast. The kimchi selection was insane. They served really flavorful, truly delicious young radish kimchi and water kimchi. As for the Korean dishes... my mom raved about how delicious they were!! I really wanted to ask where they buy that young radish kimchi lol. There was a wide variety of options including Western, Korean, pho, smoked salmon, fruit, ham, cheese, soup, Chinese food, and bakery items. Since this hotel hosts events and weddings, the food quality was truly excellent. Dinner seemed to be under 60,000 won... I should have just used the dinner option too. I regretted it this morning while having breakfast lol. My mom says she wants to stay at the Bekinia Hotel Seosan branch again next time. The food was so good. The hall manager was incredibly gentle and greeted us with a smile; they had excellent manners, and the chef was also very kind. Since they close at 9:30, they inform you in advance around 9:10 that they are closing and tell you to come get more food right away. As for the fruits, especially the kiwi and dragon fruit... wow... I realized once again that they really use high-quality ingredients. I hope you eat plenty of fruit! The coffee was perfect for me since I prefer a smooth taste. As a coffee addict, I drank it as soon as I arrived and kept drinking it while eating. The coffee is great!! The accommodation at this hotel is good, but the food was incredibly satisfying. There isn't a crazy variety of dishes, but there wasn't a single item I didn't want to try. I also liked how neatly everything was maintained! I feel very proud that I was able to provide a good rest for my mother before her birthday. I will visit again next time!

The hotel is clean and located in the good location. The receptions are friendly and helpful. The room is big.

The location is very good, and the view is the best. I felt again that the West Sea is this good. The hotel looked good from the outside, but the room materials felt like they were of a lower level. Even though it was clean, the bathroom sink on both sides was a bit dirty, and it didn't feel like a 4-star cleanliness. The bedding was comfortable. I would visit again.

I had already paid for the 3 night schedule, and I couldn't arrive on the first day and it was 2 nights. It was late check-in at night, but I didn't show my passport by name 😅 The floor where foreigners stay? The room seemed to be fixed and had English and Japanese notation. Microwave oven, pot, water is ２ book / day. The room had a mix coffee ２ book and was also placed at the front desk. The towel was one bath towel and two sports towels. I arrived at the station late at night, but I was relieved to see the neon of Metro from the exit 2 of the station. It is the nearest convenience store near the exit 2. It was very wide with the original 々, the rental one-room condominium. There was also a bathtub in the bath, and the toilet did not get flooded because I didn't use the shower next to the toilet. The cleaning was not good and a lot of hair fell, which was a pity. Is it a little expensive, there are few hotels near the station, so it can't be helped.

I stayed for 5 days while looking for a hotel near Hyundai Oilbank. I liked the location close to the workplace, the clean bedrooms, and the fitness facilities. I was also satisfied with the spacious outdoor parking lot available at any time.

The staff is friendly and the facilities are good. The gym in particular is pretty nice. All you need is a cable rack. Cleaning needs some improvement. I think the cleaning people should pay a little more attention.

The room had a beautiful view of the river and Gongju Gongsanseong Fortress. The room size was good, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with a vanity, a well-designed layout. The bed was a bit hard, but manageable. The late-night receptionist was impolite, but the morning receptionist was polite. I liked that every room had a clothes dryer.

The Korean-style community room is amazing! A room where you can truly enjoy the joy of being together during group trips! It is the perfect room for friends or couples to enjoy together, so I highly recommend it to groups! Oh, I don't have a photo!
