We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront! ❤️ A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team for making our wedding anniversary extra special with the beautiful room decoration and the delicious surprise cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made us feel welcomed and celebrated. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. Most importantly, the staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Pullman Miri Waterfront, for creating such a lovely experience. Good location with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but could have more variety. Overall, good value for money and a pleasant stay in Miri.

The hotel has an old vintage charm, and you can tell it must have had a grand atmosphere during its prime. It mainly features older furnishings, so it’s suitable if you don’t mind that style. The cleanliness is highly commendable, as maintaining older items requires great care. The furniture is well-maintained, sturdy, and fully functional.

The family room was fantastic, even better than the Waterfront and Hilton I've stayed at previously. It was very new, spacious, and had a corner sofa with a small coffee table. The king-size bed was huge, exceeding my expectations. The pool was also large and very clean. My only minor complaint was that the housekeeping during our extended stay was a bit haphazard. They didn't replace our slippers, so we had to use the same disposable pair for five days straight. It also seemed like there was no comb, I'm not sure if it was forgotten or if they don't provide them, so I used my own.

Just arrived at the hotel and was informed that there was ongoing water pipe repair work outside, which caused a temporary water disruption during the daytime. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands for a while, which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully, the water supply returned to normal again in the evening. Front desk staff were still very polite and helpful throughout the situation. We booked the Deluxe Single Room, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable and spacious, enough for us two adults and our 2yo child, with plenty of extra space. However, the bed felt slightly damp when we first arrived, but it became better later at night. The hotel also has a family pool and direct beach access, which makes it a great place for families with kids to relax and unwind. The buffet breakfast menu was also quite rich with plenty of choices.

Great location with 5 minute walking distance to Miri airport. Staff are friendly and accommodating, helpful with bookings and traveller needs and requests. Facilities here are very well equipped. Thank you!

Value for money. Right in the city center and within walking distance to time square. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. No chair at all in the room and the only place to sit is on the bed or floor. Complimentary gelato is ok, so don expect too much.

The combination of beach and rainforest creates a calm atmosphere that feels refreshing and unique. Great for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a quiet escape in Kuching. Definitely worth it for the scenery alone ✨

The hotel ambiance exudes old-money charm. During my stay, I even had the pleasure of seeing their Sultan King. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is excellent, said to be in the best 'feng shui' spot, feeling grand and impressive. It directly faces the river, and in the evenings, it's very convenient to stroll along the riverside to Marina Bay Sands. The only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't cooling when I checked in, but it was resolved after I reported it. Later that night, I discovered the shower gel dispenser was nearly empty, and no product would come out. Then, the shower drain clogged, quickly flooding the entire bathroom during my quick shower. The hotel does show some signs of aging facilities, but everything else was great.

You can tell the hotel is a bit dated, but the room we stayed in was renovated, which was actually quite nice. The only downside is that if you're driving, parking can be really hard to find; the lot was full both day and night.
