The room was spacious and had a balcony, very clean and tidy. There's a small pool downstairs, and the overall environment is lovely. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the rooftop terrace. The front desk service was warm and attentive, though I needed a translation app to communicate – it would be even better if they had staff who spoke Chinese. Overall, it's a good hotel.

ChuanqunqunchuanqunqunThis place is a bit of a distance from the main hotel street downtown. You'll need to pay a bit extra for a tuk-tuk if you're coming from the train station. However, we really enjoyed our stay; it felt very comfortable and relaxing. They offer a welcome gift upon check-in, which adds a nice touch. Right outside the hotel, there's a boat dock where you can take a very gentle boat ride to see water buffalo – I think it's definitely worth experiencing. It's also not too far to walk to the night market in the evening.

My friend and I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel in Vang Vieng, and it truly was an unforgettable experience. The hotel offered a breathtaking view that set the perfect backdrop for our getaway. One morning, we were treated to the magical sight of hot air balloons drifting across the sky, adding an extra layer of wonder to our stay.
The location couldn’t have been better, providing easy access to local restaurants and cultural sights. The friendly and attentive staff ensured our comfort throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a mix of scenic beauty and warm hospitality, this hotel in Vang Vieng is an excellent choice.

Don121Good location, near everything, nice swimming pool. Friendly staff and tasty coffee. Only the breakfast is a let down as it is very small and narrow choice. All together it is worth it.

G.MMLet's start with the good things.
The reception staff, and especially Mr. TONTARN, is a great example of excellent service. he made us feel like he was with us from the beginning of our stay to the end of our stay at the hotel. 😁💪
He offered us tour packages at a reasonable price, and The hotel itself is large and luxurious,
The pool is lovely, pleasant and fun to get into after a full day outside the room.
The gym is small but very efficient.
but the dining room is not diverse enough for the level of the hotel.
I would have expected more variety.
The coffee in the coffee machine is of poor quality, which is a pretty shame for this level of AMARI Hotels.
The room cleaning service is lacking.
There was a day when we arrived from a long trip and the room was not clean. No one cleaned it.
Unfortunately, I had to leave the room for an hour to have it cleaned. Even after they cleaned the room, they forgot to put basic items, like water and body soap, which I asked them to replenish, and so far I haven't received. I had to use another hand soap that was in the room.
The hotel staff apologized for this, and it's good that they did.

VwailaOur 3rd visit to Laos, and since starting our travels here, this stay has been the most peaceful we've experienced. The staff are all young but did their job best, friendly, and helpful. That was just wonderful to stay here; I would definitely recommend it to everyone! I didn’t take a photo of the room, only the views from our balcony but all are just like the photos on trip.com.

Incredible hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean, with a stunning view of the mountains and the city.
There's a superb rooftop terrace where you can watch the sunset and see hot air balloons and paramotors flying by.
The breakfast was very varied, offering Asian dishes as well as bread, pancakes, muffins, lots of fruit, and more.
The owners are lovely and very attentive. We rented a scooter from the hotel at a very reasonable price, and they also offer to book activities and transportation for you.
And the hotel has a beautiful, clean swimming pool!
I highly recommend it.

Guest UserThe hotel is a little away from the city centre. Clean but not super neat. I stay there with kids which I found the place is not very suitable for me since they allowed their guest to use large speakers until 11 pm and it was in front of my tent. I told them to manage but I lastly need to get involve and confront them myself to sort it out.
Not very well managed on this matter but they tried to do everything to apologize in the morning. The hotel was ok the view was exceptional only if they manage this a little bit better would be superb place to stay. [I stayed there late of the year it might be the party timing may or may not occur all the time of the year]

HeiressjloIts a nice hotel overlooking the Nam Song River with the nice view of Vang Vieng mountain ranges. However, its an old hotel and most of the tourists are chinese. One good thing is that its very accessible to the main street where you can book activities for paramotoring etc. Also, breakfast is good and quite filling, loved the soup. Overall, a good place to stay for a good price, esp that I was able to enjoy the view of the hot air balloons flying in the comfort of my balcony. View = superb 💯

Guest UserThe room is spacious, which is excellent for the price. What's also worth mentioning is the strong water pressure in the shower, which is rare to find in Vang Vieng, and the room even comes with a bathtub. There's also a small pool. Breakfast is good, and there's an à la carte option available. The freshly squeezed juice is great. The front desk staff and servers are all nice; one server even speaks Chinese. The only downside is that the room isn't soundproof, especially the two outermost balcony rooms with multiple glass doors, which not only lack sound insulation but also let in mosquitoes. However, the hotel's location is great, and you can get coffee anytime. There are seating areas both indoors and outdoors.
