"The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly soft – I slept so well with no noise at all. The room amenities were complete. It's really close to the mall, which made getting around super convenient. I could walk to get food and buy necessities easily."

"Our staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases. On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security."

"The room is good, but during our first night we noticed that our sheets and pillowcases smelled a little weird because it had not dried fully so we had to request for new ones. The place is clean and the bed is comfy."

"Every staff member was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile, and the room was nice. However, on my first day, there was a tour group checking in, so there was some noise because they didn't close their doors properly, which was quite noticeable. The location is not ideal; the area felt unsafe. When we walked back to the hotel after dinner, which was only a 5-minute walk, two children actually asked us for money. So, try to avoid walking around at night. Overall, if you just stay inside the hotel, it's pretty good."

"Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasn’t even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel."

"Stayed from periode 04/08/26 to 19/08/26 After black out no more HBO & AXN TV channels no longer available but instead only Channel 5 National TV. Requested to set up the digital tv set up box but refused by excused of the bad weather. No internet data access for 15 days from the date on arrival( checked in) until checked out even though the wifi is on & have a powerful signal (with Username : Eurotel Password: E07angeles25 Phone: *********** Bathroom flood, shower water pressure weak, hot water not available. After I filled the form around 6am this morning before I checked out. The TV program none of them, no longer available. What's good about this place : the location very close to SM Clark only 10 minutes walking distance. Mostly staff are friendly."

"first visited Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar when I was 15, and it has developed so much since then. The people are very welcoming, and I absolutely love the sunsets here it gives such a beautiful old Filipino vibe. The food at the Italian restaurant was good and served quickly this time. Just a tip: it helps to follow up on your drinks, as they can take a bit longer. The room is quite old, but still comfortable 👍"

"I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious."

"We really love the ambience of the hotel, as well as the staffs' friendliness and stewardship. Especially when it comes to the transportation services that the hotel provides, I am able to go to my car parking at ease without any trouble. ＜3"

"Huge thanks to Janine and Ruel for helping us call a taxi—it was a lifesaver since we couldn’t get a Grab for some reason on Sunday morning. This is a great place for a vacation; the staff are incredibly friendly, and the acoustic music in the evening was fantastic. Even though outside food isn’t allowed, the dining options are diverse and everything tasted very fresh. On the downside, we unfortunately spotted a cockroach in our room, and the bathroom water pressure was quite weak with a slightly clogged drain. Overall, though, it was still a great experience."
