The hotel is located not far from the station, and there’s a supermarket nearby. Within a 10-minute walk, there are some small restaurants, but be prepared—they’re too small to comfortably fit a family.
I have two major complaints about the hotel:
1. The booking didn’t mention that parking spaces are limited and not managed by the hotel staff, so anyone can park there. We arrived from Tokyo and had to use a paid parking lot near the hotel.
2. At breakfast, you have to wait in line because tables are cleared very slowly. You come down for breakfast and end up waiting about 15 minutes before you’re seated.
3. There’s no way to adjust the air conditioner temperature—only the fan speed. The room was very cold, and you could easily catch a cold.
I made a reservation and used it without meals with sake and knobs.
There was no microwave in the room, and when I asked the front desk, he warmed me up at the front desk.
I happened to be in a room equipped with joysound, and I enjoyed it very much.
It was a weekday, so I can stay for one night at the karaoke fee level and there is no complaint.
It's a twin room, but it might be perfect for someone who wants to feel a little luxurious by themselves! The shower and toilet are separate, and the sink is also separate! It's also great for people who want to buy things at the hotel and take them home for dinner! There's even a microwave in the room!
The room is super clean and spacious, and staff are very helpful.
We are so surprised that there are complimentary snack and drinks at lobby almost all the time, and have free croissant in breakfast time.
They are very thoughtful that provided a wide range of amenities including skin care, hand cream, body lotion and hair essence.
The staff were very polite and enjoyed.
The dishes were also very sticky and delicious.
Thank you.
I want amenities to be full of hairbrushes.
I want you to improve the outer passage because it slips.
Everyone slipped and almost fell.
The environment is very good, clean and tidy, the service attitude is also very good, warm and generous
The breakfast variety is very rich and delicious.
I have chosen this hotel for several business trips, and it is also very convenient for travel.
It's great, I will stay here next time.
This hotel is super close to the train station and the outer shrine's pilgrimage route, making it really convenient for getting around.
We used the self check-in, but ended up with two rooms on different floors. After a quick chat with the front desk, who were very helpful, they managed to get us on the same floor.
There was a weird smell in the room; I initially thought I'd mistakenly walked into a smoking room. It got a bit better after I turned on the air purifier.
Breakfast was just okay – a bento box per person, plus a self-serve selection of bread, drinks, and miso soup.
Overall, I'd say it's pretty decent for its star rating and price.
Stayed at Suzuka Circuit Hotel during last weekend—pure racer’s dream! Rooms overlook the iconic track, with comfy beds and modern amenities. Breakfast buffet fueled us for the day, and the on-site spa melted away the roar’s afterglow. Staff were speedy and friendly, like a well-tuned pit crew. Minor nit: WiFi lagged during peak hours. Overall, 4.5/5—rev up for an unforgettable motorsport escape!
We were quite happy with the hotel, which was fairly new and service staff were very helpful. While preparing my toast, a staff came back again to offer a tray. The common area was fairly adequate with a lot of seating, access to a microwave, small stove and fridge. As an added bonus, there is aluminium foil and plastic wrap available.
Room size was decent, and the design of the layout was good.
The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, and it was noticed staff were extra careful to explain with the restaurants nearby.
I made a reservation to go to the Tsu Fireworks Festival.
It was about a 20-minute walk to the fireworks venue,
so it was very convenient!!
It's also nice that there are four types of private baths so you can relax in them.
I'd love to stay here again when I come to Tsu!!

Great
GGuest UserThe open-air bath was amazing!
The changing room, shower room, and balcony
open-air bath were all connected, which was great.
The air purifier and the corners of the room were a little rough, but it wasn't too bad.
The staff were very helpful and polite when I checked in!
There were some shops open until around 10 PM, so I could go for a walk even after relaxing at the hotel!
I couldn't go this time, so I'll save it for next time. (T_T)
I was shocked that the room service I ordered was cold.
The room didn't have a microwave, which was a problem! The food was delicious!! There was also a snack and drink set that looked delicious!
Thank you so much!

GGuest UserIt's a clean and nice hotel. However, the bathrobe-style loungewear is easy to come undone, and the knot hurts when you lie down, which is annoying. It's quite stressful for someone who has come from far away and is tired and finally arrives at the hotel. I look forward to the future.
The staff's service is polite and elegant, and the location is very close to the station, so I would like to use it again in the future.
Personally, I don't think it's necessary to serve customers with masks. I remember that the WHO also announced that masks are not effective for either coronavirus or influenza. Japan is the only country that is lagging behind in wearing masks, and it has become part of the etiquette at work, but it's scary to serve customers without seeing their faces.

PPierre216The hotel is very nice and the room is very clean. The staff was friendly but didn't speak English. However, they have a small translation machine, so communication was manageable. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a convenience store just a few meters away. I will definitely stay there again.
CCOCOSK8I stayed without meals to watch sports. It's about 15 minutes walk from Ueno City Station, but it was very helpful because the rental car was nearby. There were plenty of restaurants such as Sukiya and Komeda Coffee in the neighborhood, which was more convenient than in front of the station. The room is an old building, but it was nice to be clean and clean.
GGuest UserFacilities: An old hotel, very large, the room is clean, and the bed is comfortable; the hotel has many hot springs, including a public hot spring, several private hot springs (really very small and dark), foot baths, etc. in the hot spring village, which has a good atmosphere. I personally like the public hot springs; there is a welcome sign at the door when I first arrived at the hotel.
Meals: Breakfast and dinner are buffets, with seats for sea views, the taste is OK, and there is a fish dismemberment show at a fixed time.
Service: Generally good, quite enthusiastic and patient.
すす〜さんThe breakfast is a self-service buffet. When moving through the line, you often encounter impatient guests behind you. It's unclear if they're simply short-tempered or just in a rush, but many seem to struggle with emotional control. Seating is quite limited, which often leads to waits for tables. You'll also see solo guests occupying four-person tables. While you occasionally run into patrons who seem to lack basic common courtesy, the serving ladies are entirely focused on refilling food and clearing used dishes (even though it's a self-service system) and make no effort to address seating issues, such as asking guests to consolidate. That said, it's a good hotel, and there's plenty of parking available, even if some spots are a bit of a walk.
GGuest UserI was incredibly lucky to snag a room for my last-minute reservation, especially since it was right before a three-day weekend! This was my first time visiting Toba, and I traveled by car ferry. The hotel was conveniently located close to the ferry terminal, and the views were absolutely stunning! They had three different baths, and the food was delicious too!! For dinner, the Matsusaka beef Ise Udon was a highlight, and in the morning, the white miso soup with mekabu was so tasty!! I also bought some of the delicious nori tsukudani (seaweed paste) that was served at breakfast from their souvenir shop! And some local sake too!! Everyone was so kind, and the atmosphere was really welcoming and gentle, making me want to stay again. I'll definitely be back!!
