"Very nice hotel with a drugstore and many restaurants nearby. There are many parking lots to choose from. The room is clean and the private sauna was great! We love the laundry facility there as we went out for water activities during our stay. Just need to throw all the clothing in and it will be all dried after dinner which is very convenient!"

"The location is fantastic and super easy to find. Just exit Meitetsu Station West Exit, cross one main road, and turn a corner – you'll be there in under five or six minutes. It's incredibly convenient for taking the Meitetsu Line, Meitetsu bus, JR, and Shinkansen.
The room cleanliness was impeccable. I opted for the eco-clean option and received four tokens for the vending machine, which I could use to buy drinks. I think this is such a brilliant idea – it lightens the load for the cleaning staff while also benefiting guests.
Finally, the service was incredibly warm and friendly, and all the directions and information provided were crystal clear. There was one lady at the front desk who was particularly enthusiastic and had a wonderful attitude; she was always smiling, making for a truly excellent experience. Thumbs up! 👍"

"The hotel's location is excellent, situated between two subway stations, both about a 6-7 minute walk away. It's a direct, two or three stop subway ride from Nagoya Station, and getting to other attractions is also very convenient. The room size is decent, a bit larger than other hotels I've stayed in. A special thanks to Ms. Mishima at the front desk; she was incredibly helpful, assisting me over two days with bus routes to various destinations. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

Guest UserExcellent staff service, especially Ms Yamada san, she's super patient, friendly and assures us our luggage will be arranged a few days after our checkout from Comfort Hotel to another hotel in Nagoya so that it will not arrive too early before our arrival as we are backpacking to the other prefectures before returning to Nagoya. Excellent service and nice breakfast too. I fully recommend a great stay in Nagoya... Just that the pillow can be fluffier (too flat) for comfort.

ffcyLocation a little bit off the bustling sakae area, have to walk like 10-15min to reach dondondonki, room is comfy, with good lighting, there’s a few laundry machine to use, public bath is ok I felt the water is not hot enough otherwise is well equipped.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and communicated well in English. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom and toilet were relatively spacious. The only minor drawback was that the washbasin was inside the room, and the sound of running water could easily disturb others sharing the room.

Anonymous UserI came for a concert, and the hotel is right behind Niterra, so it was super convenient to just step out. It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers.

Although guests are required to leave between 11:00-15:00, but everything is refreshed and spotless when you return, almost like check in again each day. However, it would be better, if there were more space available for packing.

Anonymous UserI had a very enjoyable stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Nagoya—I enjoyed visiting Nagoya Castle, strolling through Hisaya-odori Park, and trying the local restaurants and cafés in the Sakae area before returning to relax for the evening. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again.

Anonymous UserStayed for 6 consecutive days. The breakfast selection was good, and it's a 10-minute walk from the station. A taxi ride would just be the minimum fare. There are plenty of shopping malls, drugstores, and restaurants nearby. I'll be staying here again on my way back.

Guest UserArrived in Nagoya late at night, and it started raining as soon as we got to the hotel. We initially went to the wrong hotel next door, which is part of the same group. The staff were very kind, confirmed our reservation, and even walked us over to the correct hotel for check-in, providing us with umbrellas. There's a convenient store downstairs, which was super handy. The next morning, we walked about ten minutes to Meitetsu Nagoya Station to catch a bus to Takayama. I'll definitely be back next time.

This is a relatively new hotel in Nagoya, having opened in the last year of the '3-year period' (likely referring to the pandemic years). It's positioned as a five-star hotel right at the threshold of the Marriott brand, so all its facilities are good, but not luxurious.
The hotel staff's English is excellent, and they proactively speak it, which is very convenient – typical of an American chain.
I don't know the size of the standard rooms, but the pictures suggest they aren't very large. However, the suite design is incredibly well-thought-out. It's very considerate and convenient for living, both in terms of privacy and usability.
The suite is spacious, the internet is good, and it's very clean. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the corner sofa is very practical. Having two bathrooms is just perfect.

Guest UserThe hotel is right next to Sakae shopping street, so there are plenty of dining and shopping options right outside – it's incredibly convenient and a great choice. The downside is that the rooms are too small; a king-size bed room is simply not feasible for two adults. We ended up switching to a twin room, but it cost us the equivalent of booking another room, which made the value for money quite low. Couples traveling together should choose carefully. Also, it's a bit of a walk from the subway, and it's quite a trek with full luggage from Sakae Station's Exit 16, which is the closest.
