PpopnasThe location is fantastic, seriously the best! Cleanliness, though, was just so-so. The pillowcases looked really worn out and were pilling. The sink also had mold in the crevices, probably because it's quite old. I stayed here because a friend was attending a wedding.
The best part, without a doubt, is the swimming pool. I always love the vibe there! đ«°đ»

AArchanaFirst of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service.
Pertama-tama, pintu kamar tidak dapat dibuka menggunakan kartu akses setiap kali saya keluar, dan staf mengatakan perlu diperbarui setiap kali atau kartu tidak boleh diletakkan di tempat yang panas. Apa ini?? Sangat tidak profesional. Bagaimana jika terjadi keadaan darurat?? Kami perlu turun lagi ke resepsionis dan mendapatkan informasi terbaru lalu naik lagi? Dan di kamar mandi, air wastafel tidak bersih dan di area shower, air tidak mengalir lancar dan tersumbat, perlu menunggu 15-20 menit untuk menggunakan area shower lagi. Mohon tindakan untuk kebersihan dan layanan kartu akses.

AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in process was smooth â in fact, I was given an early check-in which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious and breakfast was good with a nice variety.
My only concern was the air-conditioning in the room I stayed in. Unfortunately, it wasnât cooling properly. I informed the front desk, and the technician came to check, but there was no improvement. This made the stay less comfortable.
Other than that, everything else was great good.

KKevinChee520Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

my problem during short stay this time, first The wifi, it's very terrible, the connection constantly slow during my stay, i want to do my work and it kept reloading also i found some bugs on my bed but still manage to clean it by my self. previous stay all was ok

OOng HartonoOverall, the hotel in Pekanbaru is quite cheap and offers good value for money. The room itself was comfortable and generally well maintained.
The only downside I noticed was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which might be due to the cleaning not being done thoroughly or possibly an issue with the plumbing
Breakfast was fairly standard, nothing fancy, but still decent and enjoyable. One highlight was the reception stafâŠ
they were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, which made a positive difference.
Another convenience is the location: right next to the hotel there is an Indomaret and a coffee shop, making it easy to grab daily necessities or a quick drink. However, you should be careful when crossing the road in front of the hotel, as traffic can be quite busy

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and peacefulïŒ The service is also goodïŒ rooms are spacious and dont carry bad smell. The only problem i can think of is towels and curtain. which i guess wont be problem for anyone who is not picky like meïŒ there is a little amount of light leaking through curtains which will make you awake if you are sensitive to light. Also the towels are thin which are not to my liking and they are missing small towels. Breakfast downstairs is delicious but there isnt much to select from.morning coffee is the best i have tasted all over indonesia. Over all good hotel and would choose to stay here next time too. Also thanks to the staff. Best regards
