Xiansu may be one of the most organized hotel that I ever stayed. The way they give information through wechat, 小卓， our receptionist who is very helpful to help us with our questions. 5 stars service is for her attitude. I also didn't expect that hotel in remote area will provide toilet which has electric bidet like in Japan. One thing that I like to suggest is the hotel should provide more information before we arrive about luggage service and bus location. We read the information from the guest reviews about rooms that far from hotel entrance and we didn't know that your luggage is very near from the bus that come from Shangrao station. We stayed in hotel near Shangrao station before to put our large luggages there so we only bring small luggage to Xiansu. If we had known the bus stop was so near from your luggage service, we would have brought all luggages.

A warm and welcoming stop on our journey! The room was spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, and my friends all praised my choice. The two young ladies at the front desk provided outstanding service. Overall, checking into the Fengzhen Hotel was a very pleasant experience.

My 2-night stay at Yangxian Village, Wangxian Valley felt like stepping into a living Chinese fantasy painting hidden between the mountains. Waking up surrounded by misty peaks and hearing the peaceful sounds of the valley made time slow down for a while. The atmosphere at night was magical with lights reflecting across the valley and the entire place feeling almost unreal. The hotel breakfast is delicious and sumptuous! A mixture of Chinese and Western styles. The village itself has many food options, performances, and activities, so there was always something to explore without feeling bored. After walking around the scenic areas, it was also nice to see bars and KTV spots available for people who wanted to relax at night. The environment balances both peaceful scenery and lively entertainment quite well. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall the stay experience was satisfying. One small area for improvement would be the TV channels, as channels after 25 were quite lagging when watching at night. It could also be interesting if the resort considered adding services like leg massages after long walks around the valley. I think many travellers would appreciate that after exploring the mountain areas. Overall, staying inside Wangxian Valley was more than just accommodation; it felt like being immersed inside the scenery itself. Definitely a memorable and unique experience.

The room was exactly as pictured online, with a comfortable and stylish decor. All the amenities and furnishings were exquisite, and the entire place was spotlessly clean, making our stay very reassuring. The hotel is located in a bustling area with extremely convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. It's just an 18-minute walk to Bayi Square, which is perfect for a stroll after dinner. The soundproofing was excellent, and the air conditioning was refreshingly cool, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep.

This hotel is less than a kilometer from the high-speed rail station, making it super convenient to walk there at your leisure. Downstairs, you're right next to a lively night market and all sorts of street-side shops, with plenty of food and drinks available, making daily dining and shopping incredibly easy. Getting to the old town by taxi only costs a little over ten yuan, so the transportation value for money is excellent. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious, making for a fantastic stay. What really stood out was the exceptionally warm and attentive staff. You can even add them on WeChat to inquire about any travel questions, which is convenient and efficient. Special shoutout to the '95-year-old granny' (WeChat nickname) who was so friendly and kind, providing thoughtful and heartwarming service. Overall, it was a perfect stay, highly recommended!

Let's start with the downsides: 1. The room facilities are clearly aging, including the toilet, shower, and small sofa. The deluxe river-view twin room I stayed in on the 2nd/3rd night had even worse facilities than the executive king room on the first night. 2. The housekeeping department lacks basic amenities like a step stool for children (they said it's only provided for family rooms). 3. Soundproofing isn't great. If your room is a bit close to the elevator lobby, it can get quite noisy. 4. Adjusting the air conditioning temperature didn't seem to have any effect, though the overall comfort was still acceptable. Now for the highlights: 1. The river-facing rooms offer an unbeatable view. The scenery is even more beautiful than in the photos. 2. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are very close, and Wanshou Palace is also within walking distance. 3. The breakfast quality is decent, with a wide variety of options, including many local Nanchang specialties. The view from the restaurant windows during breakfast is also fantastic. 4. Although the hotel is tall, the elevators are fast and the water pressure is good, effectively avoiding common high-rise living issues. 5. The staff at the concierge, front desk, customer service, and restaurant are all very enthusiastic and have a great attitude. Other notes: The afternoon tea provided with the executive room on the first day was quite good. However, the welcome fruit platter was only delivered on the third day and wasn't of great quality.

The first time I stayed at this Star Hotel similar to the Atour Hotel, I thought it was a brand of the Atour Hotel. I asked the front desk to learn that it was a local single hotel. The little sister at the front desk not only grew up beautiful, but also the service was very good. I booked a business bed room and upgraded me to a deluxe bed room for free. I also sent an extra breakfast. The low price enjoyed a high treatment and was very satisfied. The room is also very large, the decoration style is also in line with my taste, especially the tea set for making tea, similar to Atour, I am a person who likes to drink tea, especially like this small style. The lobby decoration is very novel, high-end atmosphere, and there is a bar counter. Unfortunately, I don't drink, otherwise I can take a micro-smack on the first floor and then go back to the room to sleep directly, which is quite convenient [screaming teeth]. There are also many varieties of breakfast, especially fried noodles, noodles, and a lot of ingredients. You can taste Ji'an characteristics here without going out. Breakfast is worth eating. I went out for a walk in the evening. It was very close to Nengren Lane and Rainbow Shopping Mall. I walked in less than 10 minutes. It was too convenient to eat and drink. The front desk saw that I was local. The front desk also sent me tea room coupons and KTV coupons. When I have time, I can also go to the lobby tea room to drink tea, which just satisfies my heart. Watching the sparkling river during the day instantly lifted my spirits, and at night, it was simply a visual feast. What impressed me most was the night view across the river. As dusk settled, the buildings on the opposite bank lit up magnificently. The dazzling lights reflected in the water, creating what looked like a flowing galaxy. The hotel service was also incredibly thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a peaceful sleep after enjoying the beautiful scenery. If you're looking for a unique romantic getaway or want to bring family and friends to see a spectacular light show, this place is absolutely the top choice. The next time I visit this city, I'll undoubtedly choose to stay here again!

This 12-day Chinese New Year family trip, Shangri-La Nanchang was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed in. The location is superb, with convenient transportation. The tram downstairs goes directly to all the major popular attractions. What truly impressed me was the service; they genuinely made us feel at home. Check-in was very thoughtful. They proactively arranged our two rooms together and patiently explained why there was a connecting room in between (due to the king-size bed layout). They also meticulously inquired about all our needs. On the day we left, our child wasn't feeling well and fell asleep, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our check-out until 2 PM without any rush or催促, which was particularly heartwarming. The room view was unbeatable, directly facing Tengwang Pavilion from the window. We could even watch the fireworks display from our room, and the staff even proactively reminded us to tune the TV to the music channel to accompany the viewing. Additionally, the robot delivery for takeout was very prompt, and the buffet dinner was affordable, delicious, and offered a wide variety of dishes. The overall experience was impeccable, highly recommended!
