The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is pleasant. It's not too far from any of the attractions, and the service is just right. We booked a river view room in advance, and it was really nice to experience Lanzhou's mornings and evenings from 8 am to 7 pm on the sofa by the window. The breakfast selection was quite rich; I particularly enjoyed the pancakes and the yogurt series. When it was busy, there was someone specifically managing the queue for Lanzhou beef noodles. The local specialty drinks were also available in almost all rooms. I forgot my charger when checking out, and the hotel promptly contacted me and mailed it home. This is a hotel I would definitely choose again.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the night market. Plus, the museum, Leiyin Temple, and Mingsha Mountain Crescent Spring are all conveniently located along the same road as the hotel. The service is incredibly thoughtful; they contact you daily to confirm your breakfast delivery time for the next day, and they even upgraded our room! The newly renovated facilities and hygiene are both top-notch, and the hotel's cat is super charming and affectionate.

Extremely satisfied! I absolutely loved the room's decor; I didn't want to leave. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and provided excellent service, always ready to answer any questions. The complimentary gifts upon check-in were very exquisite. The small camel figurine, bearing the hotel's name, makes for a wonderful souvenir. Though it was a free gift, the craftsmanship was so refined that I'd say it surpassed the quality of some camel handicrafts found in the night market—a testament to the hotel's attentiveness. The complimentary yogurt also tasted genuinely authentic. The donkey meat noodles at the hotel restaurant were delicious; I arrived almost at 2 PM, and they were still serving lunch. The hotel's parking lot is very spacious, which was super convenient for self-driving. All in all, this hotel was a highlight of my Hexi Corridor trip and left a deep impression. If you're looking for a rich local experience, Dunhuang Hotel will definitely deliver!

I really struck gold with this one! To get such a fantastic hotel at this price point is incredible value for money. The room gets great natural light and has a wonderful, open view of a very pleasant scenery outside the window. The bathroom's wet and dry areas are well-separated, and all the toiletries are from reputable brands, which is reassuring. The biggest surprise was how the cleaning staff tidied everything perfectly every day and even left little snacks – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent too; it's incredibly quiet at night, and you can't hear any noise from the corridor. The staff are always on hand, their service is warm and attentive, and they never show any impatience. The value for money is absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend it to all fellow travelers!

The hotel is very close to Zhangye West Station, and because we had a lot of luggage, we contacted them for airport/station transfer service, which was very convenient. When checking in, the staff learned that there were three of us and proactively offered a complimentary breakfast and arranged a room upgrade. The hotel's breakfast included freshly pulled beef noodles, 'laozao' (fermented glutinous rice), and more, and it tasted great. The 'Baifu' restaurant across from the hotel was also delicious. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended!!

The service and breakfast were both good. I even forgot something, and the hotel called to thank me for it. However, the strange thing about this hotel is that the air conditioning only turns on at 6 PM. I came back from Maiji Mountain in the afternoon and was really cold, wanting to rest in the room. But I ended up having to wear my down jacket indoors. Air conditioning only starting at 6 PM? This is the first time I've encountered something like this in all my years of traveling!

Very satisfied with the experience, truly lives up to five-star hotel standards. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the service was attentive. Most importantly, the breakfast buffet was very kid-friendly, even picky eaters could find plenty to enjoy.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.

Sand on floor on arrival. No towels at alll in the bathroom. I called reception for towels. Ok. Next day, the cleaners clean the room and remove the used towels but didn’t replace with new ones. Again I have to call reception to bring towels. My 3 nights there, the cleaning of the floors was really poor. Floors were not swept and I could see hairs on the floor. Ok. They were my own hairs, but still. Sweep the floor! Cleaners also do not remove used porcelain cups with clean cups. The furniture, and bedding are really nice. But shame about the poor cleaning job. Also, there is no place to hang up the towels in the bathroom. Very odd.
