The service and breakfast were both good. I even forgot something, and the hotel called to thank me for it. However, the strange thing about this hotel is that the air conditioning only turns on at 6 PM. I came back from Maiji Mountain in the afternoon and was really cold, wanting to rest in the room. But I ended up having to wear my down jacket indoors. Air conditioning only starting at 6 PM? This is the first time I've encountered something like this in all my years of traveling!

This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around. Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too. All the below are within walking distances

Facilities: The only downside is that I could hear everything my neighbors said. Hygiene: Very clean, someone cleaned it every day. Environment: The environment here speaks for itself, perfect for watching the sunrise 🌅. Service: The service here is really great, probably because it's the off-season. Room service arrived as soon as I called, and they even delivered takeout to my room. The restaurant staff were incredibly enthusiastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town. The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!

The bright lobby and warm and thoughtful front desk immediately give you a feeling of being at home, and the fatigue of driving for hundreds of kilometers. The front desk clerk is professional and standardized. The corridors of the rooms are wide, the carpets are clean and refreshing, the room layout is novel, the functional areas are clear, and the lighting layout is thoughtful. Self-driving parking is convenient, the ground and basement can be satisfied. Breakfast is good, super general hotel of this class, guests who are eager to hurry can receive ”breakfast package”, the service is very thoughtful. The whole hotel has a strong cultural atmosphere and a petty bourgeoisie. Whether it is a business trip or a rest, it is a good choice of accommodation.

The hotel is located in the Old Street commercial district. Finding parking was a bit of a hassle, but if you call the front desk beforehand, their directions are very clear. I had forgotten my contact lens solution and couldn't buy any since I arrived late. When I asked the front desk for help, they surprisingly lent me their personal solution to use! Huge appreciation for their kindness and excellent service. The beef noodles at breakfast were delicious, although other options were somewhat limited. The overall environment of the hotel is pleasant, and despite its location in a busy commercial area, the room was quiet and undisturbed. There are many convenient dining options nearby; I recommend trying the 'Kang Guo Yang Rou' (pot-stewed lamb).

The hotel is situated on the north bank of the Yellow River, offering stunning views. My room overlooked the Yellow River, Bailashan Park, and Zhongshan Bridge, providing an unobstructed panoramic vista. Whether it was the majestic mountains and river during the day or the dazzling lights at night, it felt like a living painting. Stepping downstairs, I could stroll along the Yellow River Scenic Route, experiencing the unique charm of Jincheng Lanzhou. The location is truly impeccable. The Hyatt Regency Lanzhou was more than just a place to stay; it became an integral part of my wonderful memories during this trip to Lanzhou. It perfectly blended breathtaking scenery, top-notch facilities, and warm hospitality. If I visit Lanzhou again, this will undoubtedly be my only choice. Traveling to Zhangye, my stay at this five-star hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the Bell and Drum Tower, and not far from the Danxia scenic area, making getting around a breeze. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with lush greenery adorning the lobby and a fresh, pleasant aroma. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; the front desk processed my check-in efficiently, proactively helped with my luggage, and even offered a welcome fruit basket. Any requests were promptly addressed. The room was spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness – not a speck of dust in any corner. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, feeling like I was sinking into clouds. The smart home controls were incredibly convenient; just a call to ”Xiao Du” allowed me to operate the air conditioning and TV. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with excellent water pressure, and even thoughtfully provided a foot bath tub and mugwort packets – soaking my feet after exploring the Danxia landforms was so therapeutic. The soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. The facilities are comprehensive, and breakfast even includes local Zhangye specialties. The value for money is outstanding, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The staff was super helpful in allowing me to check in early because I arrived from a long overnight train ride. I greatly appreciated that very much. The location of the hotel is near the railway station and there are plenty of food options within walking distance. There’s a bus stop outside and a metro station a short walk away. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. I would recommend solo travelers to stay at this hotel.

Advantages: It is very convenient to provide pick-up and drop-off service. When picking up the airport, call the front desk. The drop-off basically departs two hours in advance of the flight time. The front desk books a car. The room is relatively clean, and the breakfast is relatively simple and full. Disadvantages: The luggage is placed in the aisle when picking up and dropping off the airport, which is particularly unsafe. Even if the luggage is not full, it will be placed in the aisle. I hope it will attract attention. Also, it was scheduled to depart at 8:30 when we dropped off the airport. The front desk told us to sit on the sofa and call us when the time came. As a result, there was no movement at 8:30. After asking, we called the driver to start the car. The car was dispatched at 8:32. After driving for two minutes, the front desk called the driver to pick up a late guest. It wasted the time of the whole car and went back to the hotel to pick up the guest without asking for everyone’s opinions. This operation is also incomprehensible. What about time cost? If the hotel wants to do a good job of service, it should count the number of people registered before departure, and call to inform those who didn’t show up.
