The service and breakfast were both good. I even forgot something, and the hotel called to thank me for it. However, the strange thing about this hotel is that the air conditioning only turns on at 6 PM. I came back from Maiji Mountain in the afternoon and was really cold, wanting to rest in the room. But I ended up having to wear my down jacket indoors. Air conditioning only starting at 6 PM? This is the first time I've encountered something like this in all my years of traveling!

The hotel looks really nice and will look great on anybody’s instagram. However, I had a room on the first (ground) floor and these should be avoided by anybody caring about privacy. One of the windows opened on the courtyard and the other opened on an alley, at street level. Anybody walking by inside or outside had a direct view inside the room.

Facilities: All-inclusive, no complaints whatsoever. Couldn't think of anything missing. Cleanliness: Plenty clean, up to par for a hotel of this caliber. Ambiance: Highly recommended! Perfectly captures the essence of Dunhuang, with its desert frontier vibe and a strong ancient Chinese aesthetic. Service: Every staff member was incredibly polite and attentive. Finally, the breakfast restaurant is called 'Zhai Xing Ge' (Stargazer Pavilion), and you can also grab coffee there at other times. You can even gaze out at Mingsha Mountain (Singing Sand Mountain) from there. How amazing is that? Too bad I didn't take many pictures, I just typed all this out, but it's all true.

The hotel located about 10 mins walking distance from Zhangye West train station. The public laundry room is perfect for travellers. Breakfast is fantastic and served nice noodle. Recommend to stay here while visiting Zhangye,no regret on the choice.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are plenty of parking spaces. It is convenient for self-driving travel. It is a newly opened hotel. Everything is new. The room is clean, spacious and bright. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The breakfast is rich and varied. It is very delicious. Restaurant attendant , The waiter was warm and hospitable, and took the initiative to introduce local specialties to us. The receptionist at the front desk was warm and hospitable, and the service was attentive.

The hotel is located in the Old Street commercial district. Finding parking was a bit of a hassle, but if you call the front desk beforehand, their directions are very clear. I had forgotten my contact lens solution and couldn't buy any since I arrived late. When I asked the front desk for help, they surprisingly lent me their personal solution to use! Huge appreciation for their kindness and excellent service. The beef noodles at breakfast were delicious, although other options were somewhat limited. The overall environment of the hotel is pleasant, and despite its location in a busy commercial area, the room was quiet and undisturbed. There are many convenient dining options nearby; I recommend trying the 'Kang Guo Yang Rou' (pot-stewed lamb).

The hotel is situated on the north bank of the Yellow River, offering stunning views. My room overlooked the Yellow River, Bailashan Park, and Zhongshan Bridge, providing an unobstructed panoramic vista. Whether it was the majestic mountains and river during the day or the dazzling lights at night, it felt like a living painting. Stepping downstairs, I could stroll along the Yellow River Scenic Route, experiencing the unique charm of Jincheng Lanzhou. The location is truly impeccable. The Hyatt Regency Lanzhou was more than just a place to stay; it became an integral part of my wonderful memories during this trip to Lanzhou. It perfectly blended breathtaking scenery, top-notch facilities, and warm hospitality. If I visit Lanzhou again, this will undoubtedly be my only choice. I really struck gold with this one! To get such a fantastic hotel at this price point is incredible value for money. The room gets great natural light and has a wonderful, open view of a very pleasant scenery outside the window. The bathroom's wet and dry areas are well-separated, and all the toiletries are from reputable brands, which is reassuring. The biggest surprise was how the cleaning staff tidied everything perfectly every day and even left little snacks – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent too; it's incredibly quiet at night, and you can't hear any noise from the corridor. The staff are always on hand, their service is warm and attentive, and they never show any impatience. The value for money is absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend it to all fellow travelers!

The staff was super helpful in allowing me to check in early because I arrived from a long overnight train ride. I greatly appreciated that very much. The location of the hotel is near the railway station and there are plenty of food options within walking distance. There’s a bus stop outside and a metro station a short walk away. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. I would recommend solo travelers to stay at this hotel.

Great stopover near the airport with pickup and drop off service. The breakfast is buffet style. Too bad my flight was scheduled in the morning and I did not get to have breakfast.
