Room was clean and present. Toiletries supply was sufficient. Hotel location was good, the only problem was not enough car parking sometimes. Hotel told ask can park at EV charging when we back to hotel and there is parking lot available, but we were commented by one of Australia old lady for parking there.

The standard room is old and not up to mercure’s standard The hotel has provided a free upgrade, its fair if that was a standard room facility. The staff are very well trained, but the standard room is not up to international hotel standard.

We had a wonderful two-night stay, thanks to early check-in. The location was fantastic, and the room was clean and well-appointed with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The small kitchenette with a microwave was a great convenience for reheating meals or enjoying snacks. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, milk, and cookies. While the bed was a bit too soft for my preference, the overall experience was positive. The nearby restaurant offered tasty food at reasonable prices, and we enjoyed exploring Horsetail Falls and Iron Bowls within a short drive. I would definitely recommend this inn to friends.

Situated at a beautiful central location with easy access to many of the city's historic buildings, restaurants, and information centre. Room and bedding were comfortable. Very prompt and courteous customer service Potential safety hazard for kids with very hot water supply in the showers. Continental buffet breakfast was good, and the kitchen as well as staff kept pace with the service. Has secure paid parking onsite.

A wonderful hotel. We felt cozy, comfortable, and found it interesting to stay there because the exterior styling is so beautiful. Even the room door resembled a cabin entrance. The room was very spacious and convenient, and the bedding was super pleasant. The shower pressure was excellent. For fresh air, you could open the windows or use the air conditioning – thankful for that option. There was a safe, fridge, kettle, and iron. The location is also fantastic! It's right next to the entrance of the Cataract Gorge. A large grocery store is about a 15-minute walk away, as is the city center. There are also cozy bars and cafes nearby. The staff were friendly and responsive.

Free welcoming house beer for both of us upon check-in. Free slices of bread, jam, butter, apple juices and packets of cereals for two in the room for our breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant, the happening place in town, apparently. Among the many hotels I stayed in Australia, this hotel has exceeded the normal expectations. Room is a bit dated, but ok for location.

The staff upgraded our room upon our late arrival at night, the room was really nice and way better than our expectation. Bathroom was great too!

This farm is very big. It is 2 or 3 kilometers away from the room after checking in. You have to climb a hill. The decoration style is very modern and the facilities are very good. The 2-bedroom apartment also has 2 bathrooms, but it is not convenient to eat.

The hotel is very very very good from each and every aspect. The owner of the hotel is so gentle and warm-hearted. The staffs also very helpful. Location, cleanliness, service all praiseworthy. I recommend this hotel for every kind of traveler. I never write review but their co-operative behavior compelled me to do so this time.
