Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is super convenient, right by the pier, offering stunning views at dawn and sunset. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so you'll have a lot of choices. Just a heads-up, some restaurants are only open in the evenings, so it's a good idea to check Google. The hotel itself has a very artistic vibe, with an art exhibition by various artists in the lobby, and a theater right next door. The rooms are spacious, and the daily complimentary cookies are a lovely touch.

The location is great, not too far to walk to the city center pier, and very close to the famous ice cream shop. The hotel itself has a classic, vintage grand hotel style, complete with a pool and a gym.

Drove straight to the hotel after coming down from Mount Wellington. The hotel is directly opposite the pier. Pulled back the curtains and the view was lovely. Parking in the basement is AUD 25 per day, but you have to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs. If you have less luggage, you could park in the public car park next door, which should be free at night. This is probably the hotel with the best views in Hobart.

Room: Decent size and excellent cleanliness. Price: Compared to other hotels in Hobart, the price is in the mid-to-high range.

The hotel's location is super convenient, 10/10. As soon as you step out, you're at the pier, and all the tourist attractions are nearby. The airport bus also goes directly here. However, the carpet tends to be a bit dusty, and the shower pressure isn't strong enough. On the bright side, the staff's attitude is excellent, 10/10, making you feel right at home.

This hotel is located in the Hobart CBD, surrounded by numerous restaurants. Enjoying breakfast with a sea view was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast spread included a variety of fruits, with the option to make your own freshly squeezed juice, which was a major highlight. Although it was just a fleeting one-night stay, the experience was excellent, and the King-size bed in the room was incredibly comfortable too.
