Hadley's Orient Hotel

The handsome guy who checked me in at noon was exceptionally attentive, with a sweet smile and great attitude. I saw him often over these two days, though I don't know his name, he deserves praise. Other staff members were just okay, normal standard. The elevator being out of service was a slight inconvenience, but someone helped with the luggage. The location is super convenient, with many restaurants and attractions right outside. The room was also very clean, old but not run-down.

This is a stylish hotel. It truly felt like stepping back in time. It's an old building with friendly staff. We chose it specifically for the atmosphere. Our windows overlooked an old cathedral (St. David's Cathedral). Since it's a 19th-century building, the floorboards in the room creaked in places. There wasn't a coat rack near the entrance for outerwear. The lighting came from desk lamps and floor lamps. In the lobby downstairs, there was live music in the evenings, which I really enjoyed. There's also a bar. Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression, which is exactly what we came for.

Booked an executive suite, and it was the best value for money in terms of size in the area. I arrived with some doubts, but it far exceeded my expectations. The living room was so big you could play ball in it! The decor is very retro, and it's quite an old building. The bathroom is huge, and it even has dual shower heads, which was interesting 🤔

I really loved this hotel, with its old-world charm, wonderful staff, and prime location right in the city center! And the unique hotel tour was a great touch! Definitely recommend!

The room facilities are complete, and the service is exceptionally good. The location is excellent.
