A modest guest house near the airport, very convenient for transit passengers. The owner is the sweetest Khachik, told about his family and allowed my 9-year-old son to play the piano and guitar at the reception. In the yard there is grass and roses, cats, fruit trees grow, the atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly. At the airport you are met by a very nice Armenian from Syria, a former director. For breakfast there is oatmeal with homemade apricot and cherry jam, egg, lavash, cheese with butter, muffins. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We liked it, next time we will stay here again.

There were many kind staff and housekeepers, and the room was clean. On the other hand, when I said hello to one of the housekeepers, she and her co-workers laughed at me, and when I was just walking around, local children and adults insulted me with a grin. I am Japanese, and I honestly felt that Japanese people are not welcome in this area. The hotel itself is nice, but if you are Japanese or have been perceived as Japanese, I would not recommend staying at this hotel or this area unless you have a very important purpose.

From 1 to 2 May 2025 we stayed at the Luxe Plaza Hotel Parakar in Yerevan, as we had a transplant and a night flight and we had to sleep a little before the flight. Booked through Trip.com. Price - 4 524.83 rubles. The hotel walked from the airport (transfer to the hotel cost 750 rubles), the hotel is located near the airport, minutes twenty. The road is straight but uncomfortable crossing through the parking. The girl porter settled us immediately. Inside the hotel looks very decent! We ordered a ”normal room (two beds)” - the wording on the website. We were settled in a room on the first floor without a window. It was late, we were tired, we needed to sleep urgently, so we did nothing. In the room everything was, both showers, fen, and toiletries and even teapot. But without a window, so we never lived. On the website about the lack of a window there is no information...- warn you! Never would have chosen such a camera!!!! It is certainly super something! Не ожидали!!! The hotel and this room rate are 2 big differences!!! The hotel rate is 9, 0-9,5, and the room is more than 7.0 can not be delivered, and the girl was pleasant and welcoming. The transfer to the airport paid – 5 min. travel by car cost 750 rubles. Very, very expensive!

Использовали отель как перевалочный пункт при транзитном перелёте. Из плюсов, расположен недалеко от аэропорта, это также и минус, потому что таксисты долго не хотели брать заказ из-за маленькой стоимости. Подъездная дорога разбитая. Сами номера на 2 этаже частного дома, внизу студия, где проводятся мастер классы. В целом, вариант неплохой для наших целей
