I specifically chose a high-floor sea-view room for this trip, and it was wonderfully cool. Being able to see the ocean every day was fantastic! The room was clean, the environment was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The facilities were also safe and reliable! Highly recommend!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, and included many local Yantai specialties. In your leisure time, you can relax at the pool and gym. The beach is within walking distance, perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying the sea breeze. Parking is convenient, making it suitable for both family trips and gatherings with friends. If you're coming to Yantai for a seaside getaway, this place should be your top choice!

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

Mid-stay, I needed to change my room type. The front office staff were incredibly responsive, quickly checking room availability and following up on the request. They kept me updated on the progress without me having to constantly ask. For minor queries like transportation or luggage storage, they were always eager to offer helpful advice, demonstrating great attention to detail and thoughtfulness. Even during peak times, the team worked seamlessly and efficiently, with excellent coordination and no signs of disorganization. It was evident that every single member of the front office team possessed a strong sense of service responsibility. They didn't just mechanically handle check-ins and check-outs; they genuinely went out of their way to assist guests. The front office is truly a hotel's first impression, and this team, with their reliable and meticulous service, added a sense of peace and warmth to my trip. They are highly commendable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qingdao.

This hotel is located in Huangdao District, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it perfect for guests who prefer a quieter environment without large crowds. The indoor pool is spacious and well-lit, with depths ranging from 0.8 to 1.3 meters, which is great for families and those learning to swim. The beach is a mere 3-minute walk away. It's a public beach, not a private one, so swimming isn't recommended. However, it's fantastic for clam digging, playing in the sand, and wading in the water in the mornings and evenings. It offers a more private beach experience compared to the crowded public swimming beaches, making it an ideal compromise. There are also water sports facilities operated by third parties on the beach, offering additional options. The hotel features a resident band performance in the evenings, which can be enjoyed directly from the outdoor terrace dining area. I recommend booking a room with a terrace so you can dine and drink while listening to the music. Alternatively, a sea-view room with a balcony also offers a good view. The hotel also has an outdoor mini zoo with cute animals like miniature horses, which is a fun attraction for both adults and children. The breakfast is decent, meeting the standard for a five-star hotel. This room type offers excellent value for money, so remember to book in advance during peak season. By the way, a little heads-up: Qingdao is under a fishing ban throughout July and August, so there's no such thing as ”freshly caught seafood” during this time. Most seafood is frozen or imported from other regions. Friends, be wary of false advertising from some seafood stalls.

The front desk service was excellent. This stay at Orange Crystal Hotel offered a room with a great view of Qingdao's seascape. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and comfortable bedding. The front desk was very responsive, and check-in was smooth. Waking up to the sea view in the morning and enjoying the sunset in the evening created a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were complete, and the location was convenient for getting around. It's a perfect place to stay if you're coming to Qingdao to see the sea. Highly recommended!

The hotel is geographically located in the center of Yantai city. It has convenient transportation and is a 5-minute walk from Yuhuangding Park. The hotel's service and management are very attentive. The room fruits are updated daily. There are yogurt, tremella soup, bagged laundry detergent, headbands, special shells. On the day of check-out, Ms. Yue Aihua（岳爱华）, a full-time floor butler, personally sent out the door. She also intimately prepared fruits, drinking water and yogurt, and proper super five-star service.

I booked this hotel for my mom, and she was absolutely delighted! They arranged a room for her on the 17th floor, which offered a fantastic sea view. Plus, the hotel's breakfast was incredibly delicious – a huge thumbs up from her! It was an experience that exceeded all expectations. Our butler, Celia, was professional and courteous, handling all inquiries efficiently and thoroughly, truly showcasing Hyatt's excellent service standards.

The front desk is in a different building from where you actually check in, so you have to drag your luggage to another building after you've checked in. However, the room itself was nice and spacious, located on the 26th floor. The cleanliness could be improved though, as it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

The room decor was exactly to my taste, a bit vintage, especially the small details like the bedside lamps – they really added to the emotional value of the trip. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's not far from the main attractions and easily accessible by public transport. This was perfect for us, as we love to experience slow travel using buses. I especially want to mention the staff member REYA, who was patient and enthusiastic. Everyone appreciates feeling cared for when they're away from home.
