Beach Hotels in Shandong, China

This is an absolute gem among all the hotels I've stayed in over 15 years of traveling across 40 countries. The design of the rooms, corridors, and common areas is stunning and truly unique. There’s an arcade machine in the room with Nintendo games from my childhood… It feels like the hotel owner's personal signature style - and it's the most amazing highlight of this place! A special afternoon tea with fantastic cookies is a wonderful service. Breakfast is usually a buffet, as far as I understand, but on the day of my stay, there was no buffet, and breakfast was served individually for each guest. Still, it was very good and filling. The location is excellent - right next to the bus station. That means you can check in immediately after arriving from the airport by airport bus, or leave your luggage if you arrive early. Getting anywhere in the city is also easy, quick and cheap by local buses. The room was very comfortable: quiet and very warm (I stayed during the cold season), exceptionally clean, with a great bathroom, and everything was in perfect condition. The bed was very comfortable with amazingly soft pillows worthy of a high-end hotel - and they even provide several pillows with different levels of softness! The staff's attitude toward guests is excellent: I'm a light sleeper, and quietness is important to me, but in Asia this is often a problem even in expensive hotels. So when booking, I requested a quiet room on a high floor and away from the elevator - and my wishes were fulfilled perfectly. And for all of this, the price is simply incredible. This hotel is worth traveling to Yantai just to stay here! Overall, it's a masterpiece. The only places I've seen that are better are classic five-star hotels, but even they don't have such outstanding interior design and arcade machines. 😊 And if you were born in the 1980s, you absolutely have to stay at this hotel to play the games of your childhood on a real arcade machine right in your room. 😊

2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms – the room was incredibly comfortable, and it had an amazing sea view. It was clean, cozy, and beautiful. What's more, it's really close to MixC, which makes shopping super convenient. The attractions nearby are also less crowded than the old town. You can even watch the May Fourth Square light show at night! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qingdao. 🍵

Beautiful ocean view and lovely room, I really enjoyed my few days of sunsets and mornings here! Not the cleanest room or newest building, but everything works and it's amazing for the price. The smart home voice feature for lights and curtains was so useful. Deposit required at check-in. The staff is very responsive and helpful, after notifying them about a broken screen in the room they already dispatched people to help fix it within minutes. I had zero issues with takeout being delivered to the room which made breakfast and meals easy. I came to Weihai for the snowy beach but the weather was disappointingly good lol. However it was a relaxing staycation because of this homestay and I'm so glad I decided to choose this place in the end!!

Every moment here was comfortable, seamless, and memorable. We’ve created such wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. We can’t wait to share more about this amazing stay—definitely a 5-star experience in every sense! The food here is one thing that compliment everything!

The hotel staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and assisted me with all my requests. The hotel is right by the sea, which was perfect for evening strolls – highly recommended for ocean lovers! The Korean food and Malatang on the weekend were also delicious. I was lucky enough to experience snow in Weihai, and it was so convenient to head back to the hotel after taking photos. The room was super clean and comfortable! And the price in winter was really affordable! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Weihai!

Quick check-in. Fantastic price. Room is clane. Bed is a little bit hard, but it's fine. Location is perfect if you want to visit Shandong University. Convenient place to stay. Will definitely stay again. No breakfast - but with the rate is nothing to care about.

The room view was absolutely stunning! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a spectacular cityscape (seascape) view. It had a completely different vibe during the day and night. Especially in the evening, watching the city lights twinkle, you could truly soak in all the romance of the city. Every picture I took turned out amazing!

This hotel, which ranks number one on Ctrip, is definitely worth booking! 😉😉😉😉😉😉 In an era where ratings can be a bit inflated, it's always good to trust the established brands a bit more, and it turns out that's true! No disappointment whatsoever! 😜😜😜😜😜😜 It's a bit out of the way in the development zone, but! The main thing is that it boasts a frontline sea view! And the most important thing is, you can literally walk downstairs right to the beach—that's an absolute advantage! 😀😀😀😀😀😀 Even during the off-season, it didn't affect my travel experience this time. Having the beach all to myself was truly relaxing! There weren't many people at breakfast, and the food selection wasn't huge, but they had everything I wanted and needed, so it was perfectly fine. 😋😋😋😋

The owner personally made dumplings for the ***** New Year and served them to the guests, and they were delicious. The Canal Museum is 5 minutes north of the hotel, and Goseongbukmun is 5 minutes away on foot. Because it was ***** New Year, the restaurants around the hotel were closed, so I couldn't use them, but there were many delicious restaurants nearby. The location, cleanliness, and service were not bad compared to other hotels. I think I'll use it again next time I go.

The room was unexpectedly clean. I was a bit worried it might be cold when I booked, but it was surprisingly warm, with its own heating system. The sofa was very cozy, and the decor was quite artistic. The owner was incredibly kind; we had a minor issue, and they resolved it very promptly, which was a huge relief! The all-glass exterior offered fantastic views, and it was so pleasant. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and you could even capture beautiful night views right from the room. This hotel is definitely a great choice for travel.
