I will definitely be booking again. The staff was very nice and informative, the location was very convenient and the room was clean. The room is a great size for travel, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge, a coffee machine, the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. I saw a few reviews regarding the noise, but that wasn't an issue at all for us. It was very quiet.

The room is large, but the mattress is too high, and the sofa is old and dirty, so I dare not sit on it. The room has a balcony, but it is useless in winter. The air conditioner is very loud and cannot be turned on when sleeping. Pros: The gym is good with complete equipment; breakfast is rich in variety. Cons: The attitude of the front desk staff is average After staying for a few days, I found that my body was swollen, red and itchy, as if it was caused by mosquito bites, so I dare not stay there anymore. Although there is no evidence that it is the hotel's problem, I stayed there for nearly ten days and did not stay anywhere else.

First off, the location is excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway, with direct lines to South Station, Harvard, and MIT. The Star Market supermarket, just an 8-minute walk away, is huge and has delicious fruit. You can even buy fresh lobsters there – two large ones for just over $20 – and they'll steam them for you to take home. Behind the hotel, there's a beach, perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying a relaxing sea breeze. Secondly, the service is also excellent. It offers a warm, personal touch, quite like hotels back home. They provide complimentary airport pickup, fresh chocolate chip cookies are provided daily, and refreshing lemonade is always available. Housekeeping is also daily; compared to the last hotel I stayed at near Niagara Falls, where they only cleaned every three days, the service here is far superior! While it's a little far from downtown, a taxi ride is only around $10-$15, so I still feel it offers good value for money.

This is a very beautiful hotel and of the same quality as any Hilton in a large city, such as Boston. It is more affordable than Boston. It has a lot of great features including a huge pool very nice rooms and an excellent restaurant and bar area. I ate and had a few drinks there and the food was great and the drinks were fantastic. Free parking friendly staff I really enjoyed my stay

Just for a transit spending one night. Plus: room was wide and comfortable. bathroom also wide, with enough towels. Coffee bag was provided, maybe free of charge. Breakfast starts from 6am, which was actual not so bad. Location a bit far from airport but 10 minutes or so drive. Minus: bar on the day arrived closed at 9pm (information said it is open till 10pm). No bar and restaurant nearby the hotel. there was a pantry but just selling crisp (at 5 US dollars!) and detergent only. AC was old fashioned.

This was my friend's favorite room during this trip to the US, and the price was quite reasonable. Compared to hotels in New York, this place was truly comfortable. It's small but exquisite; though the room is compact, it's fully equipped and very clean. The view from the scenic room was also excellent. The lobby is decorated very warmly, and there are many young people around. Breakfast was also quite rich. We were very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Everything was great except kids running in . Hallway at nite talking loud in hallways parents should take care of kids better

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk service was very good. They answered all my questions and patiently solved my problems. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Harvard and MIT. I recommend staying here if you are visiting a school

free shuttle to airport is great 1min walk to train and silverline station which saves the need to pay extra to stay in downtown though might take additional 20min to go in town but also can just take the train to Salem which is convenient right across from a fbi building so assume it is top safety level though it gets a bit eerie at night as no one walking outside. room is big just can hear the train honking every time it approaches which is a bit noisy also a bit more walk further there is a supermarket and burger king which is great

It was a generally good stay, with nice amenities and a spacious room. There was one issue that came up: the Trip.com website stated that the room would be on the 27th floor. However, when checking in, the reception at the Encore hotel said the highest they could give me was the 17th floor, 10 floors below what was promised, even though I showed them my reservation detailing that reserved room was on the 27th floor. A second issue to be aware: this establishment that calls itself a ”resort hotel” does not have a mini-fridge in the room. One can rent one for $40/night, which is a bit mind-boggling. The only fridge in the room is dedicated for the mini-bar. However, one cannot use that fridge because any movement of items in it would incur a charge since the sensor system, which tracks each bottle, would trigger a charge to the room. This meant I could not place my perishable item in the mini-bar fridge by shifting the alcoholic bottles to make space for my perishable items. Otherwise, this was overall a pleasant stay.
