It is a five star hotel. Room equipment is ok with this level of hotel. However the service can be better. The hotel location is great. We just spend about 15mins from Cordoba Train Station on foot. Also the tourist attraction, old town and Cordoba Cathdral is not far away. We just walked about 10mins from the hotel.

The location is good as just behind the Main Street. We reached earlier and the front desk allowed us to leave luggage as the check in is 3pm. Just put a night there, thus not much interacted with the room except sleep and shower. We stayed on 1st floor thus may disturb by street passer especially those in groups at night. Those have sleeping problem may find to is frustrated.

The location is fantastic, right next to the pedestrian street, the bridge, and the Colosseum, and the balcony offers views of the cliffs. Famous restaurants are also a 5-minute walk away. There's parking available for an additional €20 per day. The breakfast is plentiful. The hotel itself is beautiful. The only downside was seeing a cockroach in the bathroom at night. I quickly closed all the boxes; such a nice hotel shouldn't have cockroaches!

A great location on the hill above the city allows a wide and charming view of the region and landscape. The Parador is an enthusiastic building, and both service, quality and service are really top at rooms and restaurants. We can only recommend this parador as a hotel at the hottest and have enjoyed the unique stay there on our Andalusian trip including reading dinner and rich breakfast.

Good weekend! I recommend a romantic weekend. Infinity pool and lounge chairs facing the sea. Great cocktail. Buffet has options. Very friendly staff. Swimming in the shade in the morning. When choosing, choose the sun all day #Swing up Superior The only downside is paying hotel parking fees for residents.

TTiantangjiejiaoThe location is a bit far, but it seems like there's a bus stop right outside, and a stadium next door. It's also right by a large shopping center with a Carrefour downstairs, all reachable within 5 minutes. There's also a fantastic, super value-for-money Argentinian steakhouse nearby. The room is small but perfectly adequate. The sofa bed was already made up upon arrival, which was a nice touch. You do have to go up one floor to get to the room, but otherwise, everything was great. We only stayed two nights; despite being street-facing, it was very quiet. Satisfied.

DDaveWhat a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

YYOUFANGCtrip's hotel was very convenient. It didn't realize the plan. Because the itinerary changed, the hotel that was found on Ctrip and booking on the same day, compared with Ctrip, the price is good, and it is clearer than booking.

JJaniceRoom prices were crazy during the NYE period, so we were really pleased to have snagged a good deal with Ibis considering the relatively good standards of the hotel. The room’s design was cute which was a bonus but more importantly, its location was pretty good and staff were nice and friendly too. Housekeeping service was not the best upon check-in, but we didn’t request for housekeeping service during our stay so can’t comment on that. Amenities were pretty minimal or even lacking as there was no mini fridge nor kettle & cups. However, there is a filtered water dispenser at the lift corner so that makes up for the lack of kettle and in fact is a good idea since it’s environmentally-friendly. Would be good if the hotel could provide some cups though. Overall, a v enjoyable stay and would recommend Ibis to all coming to Seville!

GGuest UserApt RSEG. DO NOT ACCEPT ON CHECK IN. We had a young toddler with us. Our apartment was in a separate building across a road up a hill. This was not conducive to using the pool facilities. Given we had to go down the road anyway, we ended up going to the beach and paying to use so loungers. To access the pool from our building, you had to cross the road and carry the buggy down steps. It was not accessible. Our only outside space felt like a cage. We had to sign an antisocial behaviour policy at check in. This gave false reassurance. We had a full blown party in the apartment above us. I complained to reception. No action was taken. There were no staff in our building to notice. I had to complain again the second night. We had ants in our apartment. The response was to give us a can of insect spray. The bathroom door was warped and would not close. The bathroom shower leaked all over the apartment including the bedroom.. They came up and told us it was fine. No cleaning offered. It happened again the next morning. The bathroom door clearly showed damage so we were not the only ones to experience flooding. I again complained and they cleared the blockage. I had to ask again that they wash the floors given we had a toddler crawling on the filthy floors. The bedding was even wet from dragging in the flood. Overall very disappointed. The only redeeming aspect was one member of the front desk staff that was attentive and responsive when we spoke with him.

RRiazFWe came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing. I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service. The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC. Room: Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair... Mini Kitchen: There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself. Shower: The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco. Reception: Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid. We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix. We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them. There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it. Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Located in Downtown, Granada, it is a minute walk to the Cathedral and the Alhambra Palace. There are many local restaurants to choose from. Service: This is the only one on the Spanish trip to contact me and ask about the itinerary, arranged the room in advance according to the arrival time, no need to wait; Also recommended the Alhambra tour guide and cave flamenco dance performance, help after booking can be unified at the hotel checkout, very convenient. It is worth mentioning that the tour guide Jesus Gutierrez Aparicio is very good, explaining in English, because he is a local, so he shared a lot of Granada stories. Traveling can let the hotel help to call the rental/booking to the airport and so on. Room: Booked a room with a small patio terrace, very convenient for men... The room space is suitable, you can spread two large boxes, the room decoration is very special. There is also a complimentary 1-hour SPA, which needs to be reserved in advance. This is generally the same, the water temperature is not hot enough. Massage works with outside masseurs, so reservations are also required. Breakfast: There are many choices of breakfast styles, I like Benedict very much. If there is a itinerary in the morning, it is recommended to eat at the hotel. Many restaurants in Spain open late.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.
