We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

The hotel has good rooms with partial sea views. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. It is close to the city center in Yomra. However, the hotel is located on a high hill, making parking difficult. The dining room at the entrance and the terrace are designated for smoking, and have an unpleasant odor.

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

It's nice, but the problem is the room service. I called the reception to ask them to clean the room, and they said that the room service hours had ended. Of course, I called them in the afternoon.

Good and clean hotel, just located near Trabzon square. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Overall, my stay was pleasant. I recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a budget stay.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

It was an amazing experience in this hotel. Staff are so kind and helpful. The hotel is so clean and spacious. The restaurant is also amazing.

Housekeeping is not good, service only by demand. Meals are average, there were a hair in the dishes, we showed them, but they didn't react. Eventually we would be better and reasonable get breakfast outside. You can a full breakfast for the less fee in local Cafe (Uc Kale) just under the pedestrian passage.

I stayed at Mercure Trabzon Hotel and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice view especially if facing the sea. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were professional and helpful. A good choice for both business and leisure stays in Trabzon.
