We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

The hotel room looked nice, but as soon as we entered, there was a strong smell. It was a stuffy smell, and later I realized it was coming from the bathroom drain. Every time I went to the bathroom or use the toilet, I felt nauseous. We had arrived late at night, so we were going to get up late, but the Arab guests in the next room were shouting on the phone, ruining our sleep. (The walls are thin, and you can hear the voices of the staff and guests coming through the doors.)

I recommend it to families and young people, a respectable hotel, pizza restaurant services, a supermarket, parking, a sea view, and the treatment by the staff is enough for you

I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. We stayed here for my family and for a trip. He met my important criteria as a doctor. (Cleanliness, hygiene, etc.) I was most attiring my attention to the fact that the hotel staff were very concerned. Thank you. They came four to be happy to stay. Also it was a advantage that there was a family hotel. There could be a safe stay with a family. *** breakfast is enough and He was good at his place.

Trabzon clearly feels like a prefecture-level city in China. In a place like this, I am very satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and service. It's good in all aspects. The only drawback is that when the outdoor temperature is low, the hotel will turn off the air conditioning, even though it is still relatively stuffy indoors.

The view is beautiful, and the room Klask is typical and kind of old, interested in the prolongation I advise him to book in the hotel, but to care about the beauty of the drowning and the beauty of the design what I recommend to rent them.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

My vacation was very pleasant and relaxing. The beautiful view, in particular, made every day special. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a great deal of comfort. The friendly and helpful staff rounded off the stay perfectly.
