Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. we had an amazing stay in Henann Palm and the location is fine since it is still beachfront but the service and the amenities... chef's kiss. The staffs are all attentive and really approachable specially when you need something so I highly recommend this hotel. Also the breakfast buffet... mwa mwa AMAZING.

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

We arrived in the Hotel when the typhoon was still ongoing and no electricity but in a few minutes power transfer was restored and all set to normal. The staff is very helpful. The travel time from Hotel to Airport is less than 30 minutes.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

This is a great place to stay. The amenities are good, and the location is convenient—just a 5–10 minute walk to the beach. A water dispenser is available for guests, which was very helpful. The pool is on the shallower side, about 4ft deep, which is good to know. The breakfast buffet is decent and didn't have any long lines. The hotel also connects directly to a mall and a grocery store. Be aware that they are strict with check-in times, so it's best to message them in advance if you want to check in early. They also provide beach towels, which is a nice touch.

What an amazing stay it was! Imagine sinking into a luxurious bed at the end of a thrilling day, followed by the mouthwatering delights of a delectable buffet to kickstart another unforgettable morning. Plus, with neighboring hotspots like Starbucks, Calea, and Bongbong’s just a stone's throw away, the excitement never ends!

Great overall, very comfortable, and the location is excellent. It's very close to D'Mall, and you step right out onto White Beach, which is incredibly convenient. There are also many swimming pools, making it very enjoyable! It's a great spot for a family vacation with kids!

Review of Goldberry Hotel What we liked: 🏙️ Great location — close to the plaza, restaurants, and walking distance to many spots. ✨ Lobby and hallways are kept clean and well-maintained. ⏰ Early check-in — we were allowed to check in at 10am for free (usual check-in time is 2pm). 🍴 The Rabbit Hole (hotel’s own restaurant) serves good food at reasonable prices. 🛁 Hotel room is equipped with complete toiletries and has hot & cold shower. 👩💼 Staff are professional and accommodating. Things to reconsider: 🚪 The room we were given had an old hotel smell upon entering, not the fresh, clean scent usually expected. 🪳 We noticed baby cockroaches — at least four in the crevice during check-in, and later more appeared on the comforter and bathroom sink after our island-hopping trip (proof attached). 🛏️ The bed sheet did not feel very clean — it had a sandy texture with some visible dirt.
