Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. Fairways and Bluewater is more than a hotel. It is like a community - it has its own golf course, tennis courts, lake, clubhouse, bar, restaurants and its private beach. It also has its welcome center which is separated from the busy jetty port going to the island which is really convenient. The rooms are clean and equipped with your basic hotel needs. Hot shower is available and there is also a minibar in the room. We were able to request for a flat iron and ironing board too. They have a lot of staffs who are friendly and acommodating. The hotel is located though at the far-end of Boracay island. Far from the main white beach in stations 1-3, but near to the newcoast beach. Inside the hotel, there are free shuttles available 24 hours to take you to the different places in the hotel, and there is a free shuttle to Dmall as well three times a day. It was a great deal - will definitely book this again.

This seems to be the best hotel in the area. They have an excellent coffee bar on the top floor that faces a view of the church. The staff is accommodating and even provided us an umbrella for the heavy downpour. On our checkout, they verified the room was not damaged and called for us a trike to get us to the airport. Very happy to stay here.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

A major highlight is the breakfast buffet served at Sea Salt Cafe. It is massive and offers a wide variety of delicious options, spanning Filipino, American, and other international cuisines. The quality and variety of the food alone make the stay worthwhile. Final Verdict Henann Prime Beach Resort delivers an outstanding experience characterized by its superior location, exceptional cleanliness, and the high standard of service expected from the Henann group. It represents excellent value for money considering its placement in the most desirable area of the island. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable retreat right on the sands of Station 1, this resort is simply one of the best choices available.

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

Review of Goldberry Hotel What we liked: 🏙️ Great location — close to the plaza, restaurants, and walking distance to many spots. ✨ Lobby and hallways are kept clean and well-maintained. ⏰ Early check-in — we were allowed to check in at 10am for free (usual check-in time is 2pm). 🍴 The Rabbit Hole (hotel’s own restaurant) serves good food at reasonable prices. 🛁 Hotel room is equipped with complete toiletries and has hot & cold shower. 👩💼 Staff are professional and accommodating. Things to reconsider: 🚪 The room we were given had an old hotel smell upon entering, not the fresh, clean scent usually expected. 🪳 We noticed baby cockroaches — at least four in the crevice during check-in, and later more appeared on the comforter and bathroom sink after our island-hopping trip (proof attached). 🛏️ The bed sheet did not feel very clean — it had a sandy texture with some visible dirt.

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.

My sisters enjoyed their stay and the attendants were accommodating and helpful. There were varieties of food to choose from in their buffet. My niece loved her staycation as it was close SM.

I love the rooms here, spacious, clean and new. The buffet breakfast is also good for it's price. Location is also excellent, infront of the main road, not beachfront but very near Dmall and just a short walk to the main beach front. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Overall my experience was great!
