The stuff are very kind and helpful but the view of the room is terrible ( there is now view, just a wal Infront the balcony door). The floor ( carpet) was very dirty and make my socks/ feet black.
The most worst is that i had no warm water at all. After they fixed the problem i had to open the water like for a 15 minutes before i get a little bit warm water.
Unfortunately my experience was not good. With all respect to the stuff i could give this hotel 2 Stars maximum.
For the price we paid it was great :) receptionist was great and upgraded us!
The only thing I’d say is cleaners do not clean the carpet so lord knows when it’s been last hoovered.
Defo recommend
Recommended. Rooms are a little bit twisted but quite decent. Beach area. There are several pools, you can swim in the sea, there are equipped descents, good sea near the hotel. Of all hotels with islands this hotel has the best price. We had fruit, water, tea, coffee, sweets in our room. We didn't take breakfast.
The hotel I stayed in several years ago, because the economic situation is depressed, the service is slightly worse than before... But the room is still very clean, and the location of the hotel is OK. Breakfast is not good.
Didn't expect much from the hotel. Very modest, no bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.), only shower gel in a dispenser. I had to ask for an iron, as it seems to be the only one for the whole hotel. Very high humidity, the bed always felt damp. I asked for a non-smoking room, yes, it was written on the floor that the floor was non-smoking. But when I just went into the room, the feeling was that a company of 10 people had just smoked there. There was also an ashtray - accordingly, it is assumed that you can smoke ..
Bed linen was changed the day before departure.
Once I bought breakfast, also very modestly, there is no choice ...
The hotel itself is right in Hamra, close to many shops, restaurants, close (walking 15 minutes) to Zaituna Bay.
The staff is very friendly, they always tried to fulfill the wishes quickly.
In general, if you are only going to sleep, then it’s fine.
I had a comfortable stay for the price
It was in front of the school, so it was convenient because there were many shopping and food options.
There are many cafes and you can see the sea within a short walk, so the location is very good.
It seems good.
What was disappointing was that I had to pay for parking even though I stayed.
Facilities: Not new, acceptable
Cleanliness: very good, cleaned every day
Environment: There is the sea outside the window🌊, the scenery is beautiful
Service: There is no parking lot, which is inconvenient. There is an additional fee for asking the hotel to park for you.
Although it is a bit old, it is very good overall. There is free bottled water and a small balcony. You can see the Mediterranean Sea from the high floors. The hotel can help you book a shuttle bus to the airport. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the airport.

MMr. RadwanThe hotel staff were very nice. The room was soso. But the bathroom was dirty and they have flies and insects inside. Flying everywhere. Even though they said will get back to me but they didn't.

GGhassanThe hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is only three minutes away from the beach. Before the day, I was worried that the conditions would be poor for the price of 400 yuan. As a result, the cleanliness was unexpectedly good. Each room has a balcony and double glass doors. Even if it faces the road, the sound insulation is very good. I gave it five stars, not because it is a five-star hotel, but because its location, room conditions, and service attitude are all great, so I recommend it to my friends in China.
CCHEWIt is indeed a very memorable stay. The staff and owner are very hospitable and knowledgeable of the best places to visit in Beirut and the whole of Lebanon. The room is good value for money and the place is right in the middle of the most vibrant part of Beirut.

GGuest UserIt was a great stay. Overall experience perfect. Cleanliness and friendliness and service just great . I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is traveling to lebanon especially if he is going to be in achrafiyeh. Out experience with Citea was just great . We both want to thank them for everything .
GGuest UserWas a little tricky to find but not that difficult. The hotel is quite charming and has a really nice bar. The dorms itself was quite clean but the bathrooms outside the dorms left more to be desired. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is really the gem. It is in a nice area to explore
