Anonymous UserFrom check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly. The room's interior with a raised platform was unique and surprisingly practical, which I really liked. Overall, the room was spacious and clean. Choosing a lake view room was a great decision, as I could see the outdoor pool below and Bomun Lake from day to night – it was fantastic!

Guest UserWe stayed at Shilla Boutique Hotel for our family trip to Gyeongju and were generally satisfied.
We traveled with our 2nd-grade elementary school child, and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, making it convenient for our family. The room was also well-maintained and clean, allowing us to relax comfortably and enjoy our downtime at the hotel during our trip.
Since it was a family trip with a child, we prioritized the room space and amenities, and we were generally pleased. I highly recommend it as a comfortable family accommodation for anyone visiting Gyeongju.
If I come back to Gyeongju, I would definitely like to stay here again.

Great hotel with a fantastic location! It was the perfect base for my business meetings. The interiors are lovely and the service was top-notch. It would have been perfect if there was a kettle in the room, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience. Highly recommended!

Legacy Hotel was our one-night staycation during our summer vacation to Gyeongju! First off, its accessibility to Hwanglidan-gil, the main area for Gyeongju tourism, is great (within 5-10 minutes by car). We ended up going back and forth twice for snacks and dinner, even though it was just a one-night stay ^^. The room condition was generally clean, and the space was large enough for a family of three. I especially liked that there was a separate table from the sleeping area, perfect for eating simple food we bought. The vanity was also spacious, great for putting various things on, and the bedding was neat ^^. We made good use of the kids cafe in the hotel and the arcade facilities on the basement floor of the boutique hotel. While not huge or having a wide variety, it was a nice way for adults to spend some time after dinner ^^. Given the location, room condition, and facilities, it offers great value for money. If I come to Gyeongju again next time, I'd 100% revisit! Highly recommend!!

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and our experience exceeded our expectations in so many ways - most notably because of the staff. From check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and the facilities were always clean and well maintained.
I also accidentally left a pair of Galaxy buzz in our room and was unable to return to the hotel, which made the situation especially challenging. The staff went above and beyond to help me, staying attentive and proactive to ensure my ear phones were safely returned. Their care and effort truly meant a lot to me.
I felt extremely well looked after throughout our stay and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

I traveled from Japan and stayed here. The room size was perfectly fine, and besides the bed, there was also a stool, a mirror, and a kettle. I was really happy that the toilet and bathroom were separate, which is rare in Korea. Just a heads-up, there are no locks on the toilet or bathroom doors. All the reception staff at the hotel were incredibly kind. The location is great, right near Jukdo Market, and there are about three convenience stores within a 3-4 minute walk, so that was very convenient. Amenities are also replaced daily. The price was reasonable, and the recently renovated room was super clean, so I'd love to stay here again.

Narcisse de DieppeA haven of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it deserved my only comment in 3 weeks of travel, it's really a place where you feel good as soon as you walk through the door!
Everything is designed for the well-being of the traveler in search of serenity, a magnificent place to live conducive to relaxation where encounters in calm and respect with the 8 cats who wander freely, the soft background music, the kindness and benevolence of the staff, the dietetic and delicious breakfast, the cleanliness and equipment of the rooms (large towels!, air purifier, well thought-out ergonomics, in short to summarize I think that the owner must have traveled a lot to offer such a very different service and more adapted to a Parisian bobo clientele that I am not.
Thank you again for this soothing interlude. 🥰

dream big!
I'm a 2007-born male, and I had 2 days left before flying out of Korea, so I spent one night on Ulleungdo Island. It's a 6-bed dorm per room, but on the day I stayed, there were only 3 of us including me, so it felt quite spacious. When I got to my assigned bed, there were two towels, a bottle of water, and a toiletries kit. I really needed that water, so I was grateful for it! The bed also had a curtain, which was great for privacy, and both the light and power outlet worked perfectly. The shower room was incredibly spacious and clean. On the second floor, there's a self-service cafe selling things like ramen and drinks. The microwave was free to use, which was very handy. The only downside was that my roommate snored so loudly that it was hard to fall asleep. There's a GS25 and CU right in front of the accommodation, which is super convenient. Overall, a great stay for a really good price!

Guest UserIt's located at a high altitude, so the journey is a bit arduous, but it's worth it. The facilities are great and the value is good. The breakfast was delicious. There's also an unmanned convenience store and sauna.

Rebecca98Let me start by saying we only stayed for one night. I really wanted to experience a traditional hanok, but I was worried about noise and the potential discomfort of sleeping on the floor. Yet, I was pleasantly surprised! First of all, everything was spotless (like all of Korea). The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Outside each room, there's the guest's name, and inside you'll find everything you need, even earplugs for sleeping (though we didn't need them as we heard absolutely nothing). Directly opposite us was a room where we could go and spend time with the residence's cats. There's also a rooftop for smokers. The area is very convenient for public transport to the station and close to the heart of the nightlife, with all its small bars and shops. We had a fantastic time and would have happily stayed for more nights. Thank you so much for everything!
