Elle2024Comfortable and spacious room with a view. We slept especially well during our stay. Also like the well deisgned common areas.
The restaurant was fully booked on both days, so be sure to reserve ahead. Shuttle service is available, though the last departure from the station at 6pm is a little early. Overall, a nice stay.

We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating.
The food was delicious, and each dish was carefully prepared. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with so many options, including Japanese and Western cuisine, that we couldn't finish it all. We signed up for morning yoga, and started the morning off right in the open space surrounded by greenery on the property, listening to the birds chirping and feeling the breeze, which was a wonderful way to start the day.
Next time we visit, we'd like to enjoy a cruise or something similar.

We visited during Obon Festival, so hotels across Japan were pricier than usual. This hotel was perfectly situated close to Nagashima Spa Land, and getting there was easy with a direct bus from Kuwana. They offer complimentary coffee and snacks, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. A huge bonus, especially since we were traveling with two kids, was the availability of a triple room – something quite rare to find in Japan, especially during peak season.

獨遊的小背囊This hotel offers an excellent overall experience. The hot spring facilities were a pleasant surprise; the water quality and environment were both comfortable and incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very responsive and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. It's definitely worth another visit.

We came back yesterday. We went with just our kids (high school students). The front desk staff were very accommodating when we told them in advance that we would be going with just the kids, and it looked good after we got there. The pool and baths were close, and there was an easy-to-access path, so we came back very happy. We'll go again! Thank you very much.

Sieyenso very nice hotspring,wilike a falls hotspring,i like the exterior mint choco castle design in the middle of the mountain.The yukata or traditional bathrobe.The delicious japanese food breakfast.The fantastic view of autumn & the famous gozasho ropeway.Spectacular moment because in the top of the mountain by ropeway is a surprising snowy everywhere.Autumn with matching winter vacation by nov.25.unforgetable moments.Anyways,thank you so much trip.com.for a reasonable prize & reccomended nice hotel.More power!!

As expected from a hotel with such history and tradition, it's truly wonderful. The service is, of course, excellent, and the French dinner was superb. Breakfast is a buffet, and it can feel a bit rushed due to the crowds, but there's plenty to enjoy. The onsen (bath) is a bit of a walk, but it's very good. I was surprised by how many foreigners there were, and it was interesting to see them all wearing yukata and seemingly accustomed to the onsen experience. There are so many kinds of dishes that I can't eat.
and it was a wonderful dish that looked beautiful.
The staff 々 was all feeling good and crisp
The bath was both open-air and indoor, and the skin was smooth, and even when I returned to the room, my body was always warm.
The room was calm as HP and the view from the window was good

This was my first Aman experience with my mom. We departed from Tokyo and it was pretty smooth. The hotel provided pick-up and drop-off. I highly recommend booking a half-day pearl diving experience and Ama hut with the hotel. The hot spring and infinity pool were also super perfect. The service was even better. I also encountered a lot of wild bayberry trees growing in the hotel while riding my bike. They were pollution-free and pesticide-free. I had a lot of fun picking them with my mom! It was a very unforgettable two nights. I loved staying there. There happened to be fireworks on the two days I stayed. I was so happy.

Because the reservation is close and it is a weekend, the price is high. Therefore there are not many options. But it is better than I thought. Good service staff The room is ok, clean, good view, convenient parking. The onsen is good, both indoor and outdoor, but the floor is very slippery. Both in the pond and the walkway to take a bath. In the morning, there are alternate rooms, which is bigger and more comfortable.
