Beautiful scenery and excellent service. The only downside is that the indoor connecting pathway between the Harbor Wing and the Ocean Wing is quite long and includes stairs. If you are carrying large luggage, I would recommend using the slope outside the building instead. the public balcony is really good

As expected from a hotel with such history and tradition, it's truly wonderful. The service is, of course, excellent, and the French dinner was superb. Breakfast is a buffet, and it can feel a bit rushed due to the crowds, but there's plenty to enjoy. The onsen (bath) is a bit of a walk, but it's very good. I was surprised by how many foreigners there were, and it was interesting to see them all wearing yukata and seemingly accustomed to the onsen experience. The photo is of Toba Bay, visible from my room.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from Toba Station every hour and half hour, though the last one departs at 6:00 PM. The Harbor rooms offer beautiful sunrise views every morning, and the hot spring, with its unique pearl powder, is quite special.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent and offers stunning views of the area. What truly stood out was the outstanding service—the staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Having a dedicated transfer bus to the train station was a fantastic asset, making our daily transit and sightseeing incredibly easy. A great value and a very comfortable stay!

Room was clean with great air conditioning. Next to the sea so could hear the winds howling and waves crashing - therapeutic experience for us but understand it can be distressing to some. Separate toilet and shower areas, if that's a concern.

We stayed at ocean view the staff was absolutely amazing.We had japanese course for dinner absolutely great the lobster and abalone steaks were excellent and breakfast too..The bad side is the club lounge not available and the guest room toilet was old and not totally clean there is hair on the floor disappointing 🙁
