We had trouble accessing the internet on arrival and it took quuite awhile for their tech support to correct. We weren't alone but eventually we got access. Coffee in the room is a challenge as only one day during our 5 night stay did we get regular coffee to brew in the room. The other days it was Nescafe decaf instant. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the pool was a welcome oasis after walking around all day.

We like this hotel. Good location I. A good, safe neighbourhood beside the angel of independence statue. We stayed at the King size bed room on the 10th floor with s views of the city. And free access to the exclusive Brisas Business Lounge that offer fast check-in, concierge service ,specialty coffes and soft drinks all day and free breakfast and light dinner, snakes and an alcohol drink in the evening. We had a little incident at the room but the staff was quick to fix it.

Very convenient location. The check in process went well and it was possible to take coffee very early in the morning just before taking my flight. The water pressure of the shower was too low. Very convenient hotel altogether. Will definitely come back.

The room exceeded expectations and regretted staying for two days on the weekend. A family of three set two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Trip.com wrote 70 square meters, it feels more than, it is estimated that the area is used, the child is very satisfied with his own space. The room design is very good, the small objects are IKEA, the kitchen is fully equipped, the necessary tableware is also equipped with oil, pepper and salt, we made a few beautiful breakfasts, to achieve avocado freedom! This apartment has four rooms on each floor. The room type I live in is on the fifth floor. I can't hear the noise of the road at all (the room on the road is not clear, the road in front of the door is busy during the day). It is two blocks away from the core area of Roma. I wander around every day and have several Michelin restaurants. Unfortunately, I can't eat on weekends. Praise the building service staff, enthusiastically inform the use of the free washing machine dryer, free after 6 pm. The roof garden is great! There is a swimming pool! Small problem: The sheets should be covered with plastic waterproof pads, and they will ring when they turn over.

The room is not big, but the bathroom is clean, the shower water is hot, the location is good, there is a Nacho nearby, breakfast needs to be paid extra, but the room is very dim, it is still very dark even with all the lights on

Excellent value for money, spacious and comfortable. Nice to have a fridge in the room and a shower with good pressure also (two must haves in this day and age). …

Advantages: The house is very new, there is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, and there is kitchenware oil, salt and soy sauce. Health is good, Disadvantages: There is no breakfast at this price, and then no wifi Said that wifi. It has not been repaired yet, there is no way to find a way to solve the network problem. In addition, there is no luggage storage service, which is particularly inconvenient. When I go to Monterrey, I can find another way to store my luggage.

I finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon. The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange. But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice. It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

The hotel boasts a bold color scheme and excellent service. The bellhops, mostly older staff, are warm and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful, and the area is very safe. A short walk to the right from the hotel leads to the bustling Reform Avenue, lined with stylish restaurants, shops, and trendy, green spaces – a truly beautiful sight.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

GGuest UserSome young waitresses are not so friendly to customers and always seem a little impatient. I hope that the relatives, friends and parents of this waitress will encounter more warm, generous, patient and meticulous good services when traveling abroad.

CChinandBeyondThe room was big and comfortable. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The location is right next to a few banks, shops and the metro is within 5 minutes walk. The area felt very safe as it’s nearby some embassies. The only thing that was not great was the elevator. It was extremely slow, you had to always push both up and down for it to arrive on your floor. So most times you’d go to then go down. And I did get stuck in the elevator once with a few other people. They did get us our rather quickly though. They are renovating so hopefully soon their new elevator will be operational.

BBraden TseExceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again. Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now
