Hotels With bar in Karlovy Vary Region, Czech Republic

Rundum sehr gelungenes Hotel. Tolles Frühstück und Service auch super, lediglich das Toiletten Konzept in unserem Raum war etwas ungelungen.

The facilities were good and the view was good. I received a spa service, but the time was short, but the child was satisfied with our couple. Breakfast was a bit unfortunate but overall the price was satisfactory

The greeting was nice. When we arrived at 15:00, we checked in, and then when we entered the room, we found it wasn't ready and had to be cleaned. We should wait half an hour and just leave our luggage in front of the room in the hall 🤔. More than a dry excuse was not from the hotel. Generally, the cleanness issue still remained air up: hair in the food, glasses and coat was not cleaned enough so strips and sticks were still to be seen. After the 2nd night our room was not cleaned between, after the 1st night. The shower in the sauna area requires a ground cleaning.  But we were especially playing golf there and the plant did not disappoint. The price-performance level was great.

Hotel Palacky impresses with its unique location in the middle of the old town of Karlovy Vary. We had a nice room with everything you need and the furnishings were functional. The breakfast is good, offers variety and is plentiful at the self-service buffet. We felt very comfortable in this hotel and would be happy to come back. It is excellent to have both breakfast and dinner included in the booking. The 1st night dinner is too salty and the second night dinner becomes normal taste and very good. There are variety of food in breakfast.

Well, the hotel has enormous potential... Problems at check-in and check-out made the stay less than enjoyable overall. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and everything is of high quality. The location itself is a matter of taste; what's disappointing is the street opposite, which is very busy and noisy. The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all; we had 26°C at night with an outside temperature of 15°C. The service has a lot of room for improvement; it seems like the staff only started running the hotel a few days ago. We decided to have dinner at the hotel on our first evening. The quality was okay, but they couldn't manage to get the wine we ordered and a second one in 45 minutes. We were almost finished eating when we were brought two glasses of Chianti, which were of subpar quality. We were really looking forward to having breakfast on the terrace due to the nice weather, but this wasn't permitted. Thirty minutes later, however, other guests were allowed to do so. The staff is trying hard, no question, but they're completely overwhelmed by the workload at this sophisticated hotel. We certainly have high standards, but given the prices, they're justified. Unfortunately, this three-day short break was significantly marred by the things described above. If the service matches the quality of the building, this would definitely be a recommendation, but currently, it's not for us at all. A shame!

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

My girlfriend has just started work in Cheb, so I booked this hotel to visit her. We stayed in room 12. The room was beautiful and very spacious with a corner sofa. The hotel is amazing and right in a centre of the old town. I will be booking this hotel on a regular basis and would recommend it to anyone else who wants to visit this amazing little town
