The facilities were good and the view was good. I received a spa service, but the time was short, but the child was satisfied with our couple. Breakfast was a bit unfortunate but overall the price was satisfactory

A very nice hotel with excellent service. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and the spa area is very relaxing, although it is a bit small for such a large hotel. Highly recommended for a stay in Karlovy Vary!

Hotel Palacky impresses with its unique location in the middle of the old town of Karlovy Vary. We had a nice room with everything you need and the furnishings were functional. The breakfast is good, offers variety and is plentiful at the self-service buffet. We felt very comfortable in this hotel and would be happy to come back. Preservation measures required in terms of window renovation, these urgently need to be refurbished. Thank you to the team at Hotel Palacky Frank and Kerstin Müller

The greeting was nice. When we arrived at 15:00, we checked in, and then when we entered the room, we found it wasn't ready and had to be cleaned. We should wait half an hour and just leave our luggage in front of the room in the hall 🤔. More than a dry excuse was not from the hotel. Generally, the cleanness issue still remained air up: hair in the food, glasses and coat was not cleaned enough so strips and sticks were still to be seen. After the 2nd night our room was not cleaned between, after the 1st night. The shower in the sauna area requires a ground cleaning.  But we were especially playing golf there and the plant did not disappoint. The price-performance level was great.

Rundum sehr gelungenes Hotel. Tolles Frühstück und Service auch super, lediglich das Toiletten Konzept in unserem Raum war etwas ungelungen.

Well, the hotel has enormous potential... Problems at check-in and check-out made the stay less than enjoyable overall. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and everything is of high quality. The location itself is a matter of taste; what's disappointing is the street opposite, which is very busy and noisy. The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all; we had 26°C at night with an outside temperature of 15°C. The service has a lot of room for improvement; it seems like the staff only started running the hotel a few days ago. We decided to have dinner at the hotel on our first evening. The quality was okay, but they couldn't manage to get the wine we ordered and a second one in 45 minutes. We were almost finished eating when we were brought two glasses of Chianti, which were of subpar quality. We were really looking forward to having breakfast on the terrace due to the nice weather, but this wasn't permitted. Thirty minutes later, however, other guests were allowed to do so. The staff is trying hard, no question, but they're completely overwhelmed by the workload at this sophisticated hotel. We certainly have high standards, but given the prices, they're justified. Unfortunately, this three-day short break was significantly marred by the things described above. If the service matches the quality of the building, this would definitely be a recommendation, but currently, it's not for us at all. A shame!

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

Great location, luxury spacious room design, delicious and various breakfast with friendly receptionists and reasonable price. They provide dinner as well, strongly recommended! Daily different dinner offered such like grilled chicken, vegetables, salad, salmon, lamb, beef, sweets and fruits in the inviting harmonious atmosphere restaurant.

The room was large, the front desk clerk was very warm and took us to the room in person! The breakfast is very rich! There is also a welcome refreshment for staying! Recommended
