The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

We stayed at the Hotel Dorsett, and overall it was a pretty positive experience, with a few small things to note. The best parts: The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is super large, with both a bathtub and a shower. The bed is comfortable – though a little firm, and you can feel movement when the other person moves. The curtains, lights, and USB chargers are a great, convenient touch. Breakfast is good, especially for Asian tastes – Western options are limited, but what they have is tasty. The location is fantastic: the metro is just 50 meters away, right at the doorstep. The area is nice and recommended. There was some construction nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. Could be improved: The only real negative point is the elevator – it takes quite a while. Bottom line: Highly recommended for the space, cleanliness, and location. If you don't mind waiting a bit for the elevator or a slightly firm bed, everything else more than makes up for it.

This 10-year-old hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Everywhere you look is spotless, even the double-sided mirrors in the elevators are pristine – they've really done a fantastic job there! The aromatherapy scent is consistent and perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too subtle. The air conditioning in the public areas is good, and the fresh air system works well. However, the AC in the rooms isn't very strong, and it can feel a bit stuffy; the room temperature is generally a few degrees higher than ideal, which is something to look into. Now, for the service: In short, it's excellent. Every staff member smiles and greets you or makes eye contact. The training and management are clearly top-notch. The check-in experience was also very good. Thumbs up! 👍 Regarding the facilities, Hyatt's F&B is always a highlight, and it gets a thumbs up here too. The swimming pool experience was also great – no strong chlorine smell, good water quality, comfortable temperature, and excellent lighting with a strong sense of design. Another thumbs up! Taking a walk around the hotel, you can really appreciate the design everywhere; it truly lives up to Ji Master's reputation. 👍 All in all, it's a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back! BTW, a certain 'Hua' hotel was such a letdown! I actually cancelled my reservation there last minute to come here instead.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They even gave me a coffee voucher for fresh-ground coffee, which was a nice touch. They also extended my check-out time, which was much appreciated. The lady who helped me was great!

The hotel's facilities are super smart and well-equipped. The breakfast was especially delicious, and as a noodle lover, I was thrilled! The transportation nearby is also very convenient, with the high-speed train station just over a kilometer's walk away. Plus, there's Ito Yokado and Shihou next door, perfect for a stroll.

This hotel is pretty good for being near the scenic area. I booked it based on recommendations from Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). The room size and overall design are excellent! I had read some reviews about poor soundproofing, but honestly, it was completely quiet! No issues there at all. I particularly want to thank Lynn. I had some supplies delivered to the hotel, and she contacted me almost a week in advance to help with an upgrade. She was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and making sure all my requests were noted and handled. She also gave great recommendations for local food, drinks, and activities. On my last day, as I was leaving, my earphones fell out of my bag. The cleaning lady/greeter at the entrance helped me pick them up. Honestly, I was really touched by such thoughtful attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing, slow-paced trip. Highly recommend it! 👍 I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so I'm just sharing a few pictures of the snacks Lynn recommended! They were super delicious, hehe. 😁

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

想來川西很久了，看到這家關注了很久的野奢帳篷酒店開業，找了一個週末果斷出發了。 先説説服務吧，下預訂了當天就有酒店專屬我的管家聯繫我，為安排接下來的一切行程，人還沒到酒店，服務已經到位了！表揚👍 帳篷就是用的頂級高端品牌，內部設施也是非常的貼心！地暖、空調、電熱毯等等一應俱全，根據個人習慣去調節，住起來特別舒服啊。住過很多酒店，他們家的床墊睡起來絕對可以排前三了，衞浴用起來也是舒服的。 酒店活動也很豐富，嚮導帶我們去了七藏溝徒步紅星海子，風景真的太美了。如果不想徒步酒店裡也有豐富體驗，可以體驗畫唐卡、製作藏香。還可以在酒店周邊挖蟲草！！酒店小姐姐非常有經驗，耐心告訴我該怎麼找蟲草。把自己完完全全交給大自然，探索自然的感覺太棒了。酒店生態特別好，運氣好可以偶遇梅花鹿和高原雪兔！ 最後誇誇酒店的餐飲，既有暖乎乎的湯鍋、也有也有西餐菜系，當然開胃下飯菜也是必不可少，都很好吃，出餐水準是在線的，早餐選擇也很豐富，特別推薦土生烏雞米線和黑松露牛油果三明治。 給力的酒店、完美的旅程，準備下次再來看雪山。

I booked two 1.5m twin beds, but they gave me a room with 1.2m beds. After I complained, someone came up to resolve the issue, but even then, they pointed to the 1.2m beds and insisted they were 1.5m right in front of me. Later, the front desk came up to deal with it and moved me to the room directly across, saying there had been a mistake. Afterwards, the front desk sent some fruit to apologize, so the little mishap was resolved, and the front desk staff were quite friendly. All the staff in the lobby were very polite too. However, what made me angriest was that on the second day, my child was hit on the side of his face by the bathroom door rebounding in the lobby. The doorknob hit him near his temple, and it immediately swelled up! I really don't understand why the design is so unfriendly; does a 6-year-old boy still need his mom to take him to the bathroom?

Yunzhongyashe Hot Spring Hotel (Leshan High-speed Railway Station Shihao Plaza Branch) Fantastic location, very close to the high-speed railway station. The room had great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The private hot spring was very comfortable, and the bedding was clean and soft. The service was warm and attentive, and it offered excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Leshan!
