This hotel is an older five-star property. While some of the facilities are a bit dated and a few might have minor operational issues, the overall experience is still good. The room hygiene is quite satisfactory, and the location is particularly convenient. It's close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and also the museum, library, and science museum. Thank you.

The Hotel is very nice, very clean and has some charm with the inner garden in the lobby. It’s also very convenient, you’re close to a famous monastery and the neighborhood around is really pretty, perfect to visit as tourists. Everything was super clean, I had been upgraded and the room was big with everything needed. The staff spoke very well English and helped me a lot to solve my problems. The hotel also has a restaurant with good food, very convenient if you’re too tired to go out. Finally breakfast is simple with Chinese and some western options, but the coffees are really good!

Pros: Very comfortable stay. I loved having a sofa to lounge on, a table to eat at while charging my devices, and a conveniently located luggage rack. The rain shower had excellent water pressure. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer and an iron, which was a nice touch. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were beautiful. The air conditioning was perfectly set and didn't need any adjustments – it's great how new everything felt. Cons: Having to switch elevators to get to the room was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel entrance and the building are separate, unlike some high-rise hotels where you might run into tourists, so I guess it's acceptable. The delivery robot was incredibly slow; it took longer than if the delivery driver had come directly to the hotel. Also, despite being on a high floor, there wasn't much of a view yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the city develop in the future.

The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the pick-up/drop-off service to Emei Mountain Station was excellent! They even helped us store our luggage. The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants downstairs and a supermarket nearby for easy shopping. It's also super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the Huangwan Tourist Center. The bathroom features a dry and wet separation, and our family room was very spacious. They even provided welcome fruit and snacks. The soundproofing is great; it wasn't noisy at all. Breakfast was very plentiful, and they thoughtfully prepared zongzi for Dragon Boat Festival! Highly recommended!

I stayed here for one night and checked out today. The room facilities are pretty good, very clean, and the environment is also great. The hotel is right next to Chunxi Road, so it's super convenient for shopping and dining. There are many night markets nearby, and no matter which direction you go, you'll find plenty of delicious food spots. The lobby on the first floor has a particularly pleasant fragrance, and as soon as you walk in, you'll see four robots, lining up at night to deliver takeaways. My reservation even came with a craft beer, which was nice for a nightcap – though it was just one, it was super big, enough to share with a friend. There's a pool table on the first floor and a laundry room on the 28th floor, which is very convenient for travelers to wash clothes, and you can even dry them and take them with you the same day. The hotel provides free laundry detergent, so you don't need to spend money. The mini-fridge in the room also has drinks, with four free bottles. There's a Bluetooth speaker next to the bedside table for playing music. I really have to praise the mattress – it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, not too soft, not too hard, with great support. The pillows are also very soft, just how I like them, though we also requested a latex pillow, which was also very good. I slept very soundly. There isn't much of a view during the day, but the night view is beautiful. The room size is also decent; it's a bit smaller compared to some hotels I've stayed in before, but most hotels in the city center have similar sizes, and larger rooms usually cost more. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM on the 45th floor. It would be even better if it started a bit earlier, like 6:30 AM, so we could eat earlier if we're in a hurry to go to the Panda Base. The breakfast selection is alright, pretty standard – not amazing but enough to eat and fill you up. The hotel's overall decor style is very unique, and the restaurant decor has a great vibe. The room lighting isn't super bright, but I personally found it quite nice. The lobby on the first floor also has a very high-end feel, which is to be expected since it's a newly opened hotel. The price of over 600 RMB for a city center location is quite fair.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance. While dining in the restaurant, I discovered there's a pool inside, which immediately set a perfect vacation vibe. Breakfast by the pool, a relaxing swim – it was delightful. The hotel's cafe offers a wide variety of food, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. The room was clean and tidy; though not huge, it had all the necessary functions and was very well-equipped. They even offer late-night snacks! I arrived back late, but they thoughtfully kept mine at the front desk for me, which was incredibly heartwarming. The service was very warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. If you're traveling to Chengdu, this is an excellent choice. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huapaifang Metro Station! The Xishang Hotel offers an amazing experience with attentive and prompt butler service. The food is made with fresh local ingredients and tastes authentic and delicious. The private hot spring is secluded and quiet, and the environment is tranquil and a great escape from the summer heat. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Great location and excellent service! Cancan was incredibly helpful; I injured my hand and she kindly provided me with iodine swabs. The bed in the room was very comfortable. Fantastic experience, I'll definitely consider staying here again.

The B&B boasts an excellent location right within the Changping Valley scenic area. The rooms and the restaurant directly face all four peaks of Siguniang Mountain, with the 'Little Sister Peak' (Yaomei Peak) being particularly prominent. We were incredibly lucky to witness snow-capped mountains, a starry sky, and even a glimpse of the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' (Rizhao Jinshan). The B&B rooms are well-equipped, featuring underfloor heating, oxygen generators, and humidifiers. The underfloor heating was constantly on, ensuring the room was warm the moment we stepped in. The decor was cozy, and each room had a private courtyard, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Although I didn't dare use the bathtub at this altitude, it seemed to be of high quality and very clean. A comprehensive set of good quality disposable toiletries was provided, along with complimentary snacks, beverages, and fruits. The B&B offers three meals a day. Breakfast was rich and varied; both the rice noodles and regular noodles were delicious. The Sichuan fermented tofu with plain congee was particularly excellent. On our second day, when we visited Haizigou where there are no dining options, they even packed us a simple lunch for free. The freshly ground coffee at breakfast was also a nice touch. The ******* hot pot for dinner was quite good and warmed us up. They also offered simple Chinese dishes and pizza. What truly stood out was the service – incredibly thoughtful and responsive. All our requests were met. They provided car pick-up and drop-off to designated locations, saving us the worry of driving on mountain roads ourselves, which was a huge plus for female drivers. They actively helped with luggage, bringing it directly to our room. On the day we checked in, we had first traveled from Jiaju to Shuangqiao Valley, arriving at the B&B quite late. We had pre-ordered dinner, and upon arrival, feeling ravenous, the kind lady at the front desk thoughtfully suggested we eat first and even offered us glucose water to prevent altitude sickness. They were always ready to answer any questions about sightseeing and transportation, offering helpful tips. Upon departure, they gave us small gifts and proactively asked for suggestions for improvement, humbly accepting feedback on the tastes of friends from different regions. Overall, the experience was fantastic.

The hotel was really great. There’s an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived at ฺBus Stop 2 and the hotel staff came out to help us with our bags — plus we were warmly greeted by an adorable dog! We chose a triple room, and the space was comfortable and sufficient for everyone. Our room faced the front with a beautiful mountain view. The beds also had electric mattress warmers, which made our sleep very cozy. Breakfast was good, and the stir-fried vegetables were delicious. They also provide hiking poles that guests can borrow.
