The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is luxurious and grand. The room's amenities are good, but the decor's dark colors don't create a cozy atmosphere. The old bedding combined with dim lighting gives an unclean impression. However, the front desk and in-room bar service were both very good! Breakfast was fantastic!

The hostel is cozy, clean, and has a welcoming vibe. Staff are kind and make you feel at home. It’s in a great location with easy access to shops and transport. Common areas are lively and perfect for meeting other travelers. A great choice for comfort, convenience, and good value.

Mondrian color scheme, complete facilities, suitable room temperature, good breakfast, nice city view outside the window, good front desk attitude, very convenient for walking around the city. The only drawback is that the boiler is a bit loud when boiling water, and a cell phone lens film was found on the bed. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits.

The room is well-equipped, but the power outlets are European standard, so you'll need an adapter. The hotel provides a kettle and various tea bags. Note: Disposable toiletries are not provided. The room only has hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Hairnets (and disposable slippers, which were only replaced every two days – there weren't any when I first arrived, and I didn't ask why, and no toothpaste!) are also not provided. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Since I had an early departure, I asked them to prepare breakfast and arrange a taxi the night before. In the morning, the breakfast was already packed in a bag and quite substantial, and the taxi was waiting at the door.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Brno. In addition to a beautiful lobby and clean rooms with good amenities, the hotel is characterized by its very good service. I recommend booking a room with a city view. This offers a very nice view of the old cathedral. A welcome drink was provided. The breakfast is also recommended. A good selection of good products combined with excellent service guarantee a good start to the day. For the journey from the train station, I advise against booking a taxi during the Christmas period. Due to restrictions on access, the direct walk from the train station would have been shorter. All in all, I would recommend the hotel at any time!

This is a resting point between Prague and Budapest. The facilities were nice and the breakfast was plentiful and good, but it was disappointing that they asked me to calculate the parking fee separately.

This time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the ”Rebook” button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! The hotel staff were very friendly, and there were electric shoe-shining machines on every floor, which were very useful!

A very satisfying accommodation experience in the Czech Republic. The hygiene, facilities, environment, breakfast and service are all very good. Although it is not in the city center, it is not too far from the city center. The taxi is less than 5 euros, which is very convenient. In addition to the paid underground garage, the hotel also has a free parking area on the ground, which is very friendly for self-driving travel!

Very nice hotel, nice breakfast, located little far from center, but nice walk, many restaurants nearby, also two wine shops. Unfortunately holel wine basement wasn't open. Only doubt is expensive spa.. Kids have access just until 7pm, we arrived at 5pm soo for full price isn't worthy... But otherwise I recomend
