I love this hotel. The highlight is the staff, always friendly and welcoming. In addition to being delicious, the breakfast was accompanied by a sensational pianist (Léo Ramos). As I arrived around 3-4am, I tried several times to arrange pick-up service with the hotel in advance but going in a fruitless round-about chase (sending emails, being given useless links, email and number), I gave up and took a uber there, a short ride anyway. But once there, the stay was great. They allowed me to check-out late due to my late arrival and it was easy to arrange the hotel transfer back to airport.

The bathroom was not so much as to have a pression-free shower and the daily price was more.

Excellent as always, especially the receptionist Ariadne.Fantastic breakfast, besides the items of quality and diversity, still has piano live in weekends!

A wonderful hotel that truly deserves 5 stars. Delicious breakfasts, amazing service, impeccable cleanliness, and a delightful interior design.

Check in was well manned and this was achieved promptly. The room was adequate for a one night stopover before flying early the next day. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with shower gel and shampoo. Large shower was greatly appreciated after a long flight. The breakfast starts serving from 4am! It offered a good selection and was tasty. The hotel offers a free bus shuttle to T2 and T3 GRU. It leaves on the hour from the hotel and collects at 20 min past the hour from T3 and 30 min past the hour from T2. Overall a great service. I'd definitely use again if I needed accommodation near Guarulhos Airport.

The transportation is convenient, there is a large shopping mall nearby, shopping is very convenient, there is food on the first floor, breakfast is at the hotel, lunch and dinner are at the shopping mall opposite, there are restaurants of various flavors.
