Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! Thank you!

Our last four nights in paradise the swim up room was amazing we used that pool for a lot of hours nice to have our own deck and access. We ate all our meals here breakfast was included and was good the options were lacking a bit but we found enough to eat! Dinner we ate here because we were lazy and didn’t want to go out! The food was good not great but good not always the same the next day was strange! The beach was great the tides gos out for miles so there is lots to walk! The massage place was great she worked all my kinks out. But I would not recommend the nail salon was very basic not much to choose from for Color and she was late then when she did arrive had to go home for tools she forget! The hotel staff were all very helpful! The pool bar was nice and Mark made some fancy drinks!

I booked a room with a balcony on Trip.com, but the room I was shown was a single window room with no balcony. The staff explained that there were various types of rooms available. I wasn't satisfied, so I spoke to them and they changed my room to one with a balcony, although it took some time. The staff were very friendly.

An Impeccable Sanctuary with Views That Justify Every Penny My experience at Manarra Seaview Resort was defined by flawless cleanliness and profound tranquility. The entire property is meticulously maintained, offering a spotless and peaceful environment that is perfect for unwinding. The attention to detail in both the interior and exterior cleanliness was simply outstanding. The resort's views are nothing short of breathtaking. Prior to arrival, I had reservations about the room rate, considering it somewhat high. However, the moment I was greeted by the magnificent panorama from my room, all doubts dissolved. The unparalleled vista made it clear that the value received far exceeded the cost. Adding to the perfection was the incredible staff. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to help were remarkable and made the stay truly special. Every aspect of this visit was memorable. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience.

Very nice hotel and has the potential to be a great hotel.  Staff are extremely polite and friendly - always saying hello.  Pool are is great with ample swimming locations and sunbeds.  Food is to be expected at a hotel both in terms of price and quality.  Town is too far away to walk, but ample tricycles to take you.  Biggest let down for us was the water pressure - every time we had a shower, there would be no pressure and would need to contact front desk for maintenance to do something to the pump. Every time.  After the 4th complaint they really should’ve moved us to another room. We were on level4.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful, except for the food and its prices. It's a great place far from the noisy city, with spacious bungalows, daily cleaning, a fantastic and clean pool (which is rare!), excellent service, and good massages. The best part of the food was the pizza – it was genuinely tasty. The cocktails were also delicious. Everything else was unappetizing and expensive. The free breakfast was the same every day and quite small; it was okay for women, but far too little for men, who then had to order additional, pricey dishes.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them. In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked). However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious. The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained. The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights, but don't rely too heavily on the photos.

Really nice resort only 10min away from the port by Tuc Tuc. The room very clean and with all the essentials for the staying. My room wasn’t exactly view on the pool as expected so I would have to say a little bit overpriced. Nice breakfast. They arranged me an half day tour of the main spots in Coron and they were really flexible. The only thing that often happens to me travelling solo is that at pool bar for lunch I asked half portion of a serving because it was meant to be for 2/3 people (in the Philippines they often have family sharing portions) but they said it wasn’t possible that they could serve me half portion but the price would’ve been the same and I found that annoying. Other than that they offer shuttle bus to the airport and everything else was as good as in the pictures!

TThe Mrs.Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no. If you are looking for a flawless stay in Palawan with incredible villas, great food, and staff who genuinely care, book Astoria Palawan. We are already planning our return

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is quiet and well-located outside Coron City, right by the mangroves, and surprisingly mosquito-free. There's a magnificent pier with a bar, perfect for enjoying the sunsets in the late afternoon. From this pier, private island hopping cruises depart for Coron Island – a magical experience I highly recommend. The rooms, bathrooms, and balconies are spacious. There's a large pool, though the water was a bit cloudy. The main restaurant serves a breakfast buffet. The poolside bar/snack area offers excellent ice cream. There's also a pizzeria restaurant by the mangroves, plus a Japanese restaurant. Evening entertainment is offered several times a week. Airport transfers are available for 350 pesos per person. Transfers to Coron City or tuk-tuks are readily available right outside the hotel.

AAngelicaFrom the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

GGuest UserA hidden paradise!  Located in a kinda secluded and very peaceful brgy, this beautiful work of art resort saved us from being grumpy after getting stuck in the middle of typhoon. Staff and their service was above and beyond. With their warm smile and accommodating nature, we couldn’t be happier.  We thought they’re the best part addition to this place!  Facility - top tier! Every thing was well thought, from the details to your needs, name it and its there.  Food was good and every day they offer different breakfast selections and wow! Delish!  Pool bar is a great touch too and the cocktails esp the sangria was delicious!  We’re travellers and this is the first time we fell inlove with a resort. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back next year with our family! Thank you so so much Carpe Diem! You made our vacation very very special and unforgettable!

GGuest UserOverall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.
