We enjoyed our week stay at the Hue hotel. The arrangements to and from the hotel were very easy to arrange. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The bartenders upstairs were great! The mall was conveniently located right next door and there were several food, restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. You quickly learn how to play frogger with the vehicles to get to places. The downsides were hearing the renovations and smelling the paints.

Why it's Great: • For Friends: The beds are so comfy, you'll feel like you're cheating on your actual bed. Great pool for that ”we're still talking business but mostly sunbathing” vibe. • For Business Trips: Excellent Wi-Fi and work desks in the room, so you can pretend to be productive while secretly plotting your next island hop. The staff is so accommodating, they'd probably attend your conference call if you asked. Bottom Line: A jungle-chic corporate retreat where you finally figure out the difference between a work trip and a vacation. (There is none, it's just a nicer pool.) Roaring good time! 🦁💼😎

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. There are 2 swimming pools available which is great. Restaurant’s food is amazing too! However, it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. We arrived around 11:30am, but since the check-in is strictly at 2pm, we went for lunch at the restaurant first. However, when we came back at 2pm, they made us wait for another 30mins because there was only 1 receptionist and it took her a long time to process the family ahead of us. Housekeeping also came late even if we put up the “makeup room” sign before we left for our tour. When we came back at 4pm, our room was still untouched, and the housekeeping only arrived at 5:30pm. Soundproofing was also not as good. We could hear our neighbor upstairs moving the furniture at 4am.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also decent, with enough variety to start the day well. Although my check-in experience wasn’t perfect, the staff handled it as best they could. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and since the hotel was fully booked, I didn’t get the twin room I had reserved. However, they were quick to accommodate my family by adding an extra bed for the kids, which made the situation more manageable. Overall, the location, amenities, and helpful staff make this hotel a solid choice for airport travelers. With a little improvement in managing bookings, it would be even better.

This is my favorite hotel in Coron , it is beautiful, rooms are spacious, and clean.The staff are so good . The hotel design is perfect. If you just wanna chill there's 3 swimming pool.My kids are loving it 😊 This is my 7th stay in here . And its always been perfect stay 😊 we'll be back everytime I'm here in coron .

Great price, right in the center of Puerto Princesa. However, the room was very noisy, and the mattress felt like a fabric cover on a wooden board (other guests we spoke to experienced the same). Unfortunately, the room also had no windows, which made the air quality very poor. There was air conditioning, but wet clothes/towels barely dried due to the high humidity in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Went here for a quick getaway with colleagues. We really enjoyed our stay here. So relaxing the view is great and the place is clean and quiet away from the busy city. Only con is that public transportation is not available. You can ask for the hotel reception to contact a van though or better yet avail their free shuttle. Highly recommended!

Overall I do like this hotel as the staffs are helpful and polite to make my stay memorable. Although the hotel is a little distant from Sabang town, they do have speedboat to ferry guests in and out. It has nice room with balcony and sea view for a relaxing stay.

One small wish—we’d love for the pool hours to extend a little later! Always attentive, always caring, and full of heart. I even had a minor accident and bruised my leg, and their first-aid response was immediate and professional. Without a doubt, we highly recommend booking a private tour with them. It’s not just a tour—it’s a memorable experience led by the kindest, most amazing people. Can’t wait to return! A little slice of luxury. Amazing clean rooms and pool. We didn’t have hot water but it was sorted quickly! Scooter hire is expensive here (compared with outside) but necessary to get around. The hotel has a transfer bus but times are limited to morning and evening. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good (expensive compared with outside as understand in hotel). If you order the pork, it’s like a starter portion so bear in mind.
