Hotel in the middle of the forest but still only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve and the train station. Easy access to Brussels by train. Very quiet. Good Breakfast included therefore it is much cheaper option that staying in a hotel in Brussels.

The best hotel to sleep, breakfast is also great, in addition to regular food, there are freshly made bacon mushroom poached eggs, sausages, tastes good! The hotel has free parking, the hotel has its own restaurant for dinner, the cost is a bit high. Looking at the picture, I thought it was very remote in the suburbs, but it was in the downtown area, a few hundred meters away from the Waterloo Museum, very good!

There are not many restaurants around, so I need to eat in the town 3 kilometers away. But the hygiene and environment are very good. At that time, I booked this hotel mainly because it was close to the business trip company.

I am unfortunately disappointed with my stay at Dolce la Hulpe in Brussels for several reasons. I stayed 5 days and planned a solo trip to unwind but I didn't feel good there. When I arrived, the welcome was very brief with no explanation of how the hotel works and what it offers. I was directly advised to read the information on the site. Furthermore, it took me almost an hour to find my hotel room, it was poorly indicated to me and they did not take the time to at least show me the building (which was really right next to the reception ). I was also surprised to see debits of €50, €53.75 and €103.75 on my account in the name of the hotel, not understanding I went to ask the reception why. I was told that this was a pre-authorization so that it could ensure that I had the necessary money if I ever damaged my hotel room. However, in my contract at no point did it stipulate that I would have pre-authorization, which put me in a disconcerting situation since I needed this money. If I had been made aware of this system before booking I would not have gone there as I did not have sufficient means. So I was very angry at this lack of information which seems illegal to me. I would like to point out that upon my arrival I gave my security deposit which was clearly stipulated in the contract and that I only had €50 in total. In addition, I had the surprise when leaving my room, to hear all the antics of the rooms next door, with no soundproofing we hear everything. This made me relatively uncomfortable because it was in particular the room right opposite mine where I even heard screams, very disturbing things... Then, to finish the restaurant... much too expensive compared to the quality of the products. I paid €23 for a Caesar salad with only salad ingredients, 3 poor pieces of chicken and parmesan shavings. At this price I expected more toppings. I also paid €11 for an aperol spritz and €9 for a bottle of water that I couldn't even finish. I will not come back because the blocked amounts are clearly huge and strange with cents???

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days with our dog. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and our dog got some treats from the staff. We were surprised to find that there was a dog bed in the room. We absolutely love the hotel.

Close to the headquarters of the Belgium national football team, the facilities are very new, the breakfast is very rich, the service staff is of high quality and the English is very good. But no public transportation. Suitable for self-driving and business trips.

The place is great the people are very hospitable and heartwarming thank you for the great service especially the front desk and concierge. The food is great too!

Как всегда ibis на высоком уровне, но очень плохая шумоизоляция. В 6 часов утра вы проснётесь от того, что на улице шумят машины, а ближе к 8 часам вас разбудят соседи, ведь слышно как у них включается вода, шаги в коридоре и жуткий скрежет в ванной. Будьте уверены, что позже 8:00 вы точно не проснётесь! Бесплатная парковка за отелем. Можно выпить за €5 бокал бельгийского пива на кране. И как всегда в ibis нет холодильника, что пора бы изменить!

Reception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!! It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice

The hotel is generally good, next to Carrefour and building materials supermarket, fast business trip life is not bad, if one person lives, the room is OK, two people have to choose a bigger room.
