NNL-explorerWe stayed at the hotel for 2 days with our dog. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and our dog got some treats from the staff. We were surprised to find that there was a dog bed in the room. We absolutely love the hotel.

GGuest UserReception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!!
It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice

Parking charges, 22 euros a day, the underground garage is not very easy to find, according to the signboard, it takes some time. The hotel is in the university town, the environment is good, and there are many choices for eating around.
