HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

The room is small. There's Wi-Fi. The bathroom is shared between two rooms. There's shampoo, bar soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The room also has a fridge, a hot plate, a sink, and dishes. I stayed in mid-December, and the heating was only in the bathroom. The room temperature was comfortable even without additional heating.

Great location, just a 2-3 minute walk from Termini Station, with many restaurants nearby. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable, and the facilities were also brand new. There are self-service lockers for luggage storage, and a washer and dryer available, though I'd recommend offering laundry detergent for a fee. I'd also suggest putting a more prominent sign at the main entrance, and some directional signs inside. Moving the reception desk to a corner would look more professional, or perhaps having a sign and relocating it to the basement.

We arrived in Rome late at night with our child, but the host provided very detailed instructions and thoughtful support for the check-in, so we were able to check in safely and without any difficulty. Thanks to the host, we were able to start our trip in Rome comfortably and enjoyably. Although this is a hostel, our room was surprisingly spacious, and the small but cozy shared kitchen was very convenient to use. The elevator system seemed a little complicated at first, but once we understood and followed the rules, it was perfectly safe to use and actually became a fun and unique experience. The location was also excellent. There are metro stations within easy reach in both directions, making it very convenient to get to the major tourist attractions. The neighborhood itself felt safe, pleasant, and comfortable, which was especially reassuring when traveling with a child. This was a wonderful place to stay and a great way to begin our first trip to Rome with our child. Thanks to the kind and helpful host, we were able to start our Italian journey with such wonderful memories. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This is the most friendly apartment-type hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff is super friendly. They always patiently provide us with service. We wanted to go out for seafood at night and recommended delicious restaurants to us. He was afraid that we couldn't find it. The gentleman took us to the restaurant to help us book a seat. It was really super enthusiastic. Their service was very humane. The apartment was very safe and you had to swipe your card to enter. The door was locked when no one was there. The room type design is very suitable for family travel. The hygiene is also very clean. The location is excellent. It is next to Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican City. There is even a waiting area for rest, eating and showering on the basement floor. Our flight was late and we rested comfortably here at the airport. The breakfast was also good. I liked the fruit and automatic pancake machine. Thank you again for helping me. Nice terasse. There is much less space than compared to photos. We were bitten by ants. There are a lot of them on the 1st floor. There are only 2 chairs for 3 people. The sofa on the 1st floor is very bad and dirty - it creaks and collapses under the body. Instead of a normal duvet cover, the duvet is wrapped in 2 sheets. All the walls are covered in black scratches. There are air conditioners on both floors. Do not forget to buy washing detergent for washing machine. There are no towel hooks and no shelves in the bathroom. These apartments do not correspond to 4 stars.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a ten-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. There are also bus stops and a subway station nearby, plus plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. For security, the hotel entrance is locked at night and the hallways are always locked, so it feels very safe. The room comes with a microwave and cutlery, which is great for preparing your own meals. I also really liked the scent of the toiletries.
