Lungotevere Suite

The apartment has free washing machines and dryers, which I think puts it above 95% of apartments or hotels in Europe. The front desk upgraded our room for free. Transportation mainly relies on buses, and there's a KFC and a really good pizza place nearby.

Although the location is a bit far from tourist attractions, I think there is no better place than this when it comes to safety! The room was cleaned every day, and they provided water and snacks daily, so I was able to start my day feeling full and energized every morning. All the staff were friendly, and you can report any inconveniences immediately via WhatsApp. There is a free washing machine and luggage storage on the basement level, and since each room has a river-view terrace, it was nice to start the morning with the long tea provided in the room when the weather was good. The best part of my trip to Rome was the accommodation!

There was no trash can. I only met the front desk staff at check-in, and was unable to speak to them at other times, so I was unable to make any requests or ask any questions. There was one washing machine and one dryer, which was great to have for free, but if they were already in use, I had to wait quite a while. Cleaning was done daily, and coffee and other items were sometimes replenished. The shower's drainage was weak, so it overflowed quickly, which was a bit of a concern. The lighting in the room was generally dim.

Overall, I liked everything. Good area, close to the Tiber. We had an apartment. The room was smaller than expected, it's hard to call it a suite. Mattress about 140 cm on a 180 cm bed. Everything else is good. Friendly, helpful staff. Large balcony. The kitchen has everything.

There's a facility across from the hotel that gets noisy in the evenings. A loud open-air concert is held very close to the hotel, almost every day. The loud noise bothered me. Transportation is good. The balcony was nice, but the bathroom, in particular, was very small. I'd say it's a mid-range hotel.
