The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

Location - amazing place. We could see a sea and beautiful view on the city. We had some trouble with check-in, it was delayed more than 1 hours. Also we had unfinished cleaning - dirty towels, garbage in the bucket. But in general it was OK. All our troubles was resolved by room service. We had all necessities in our room - dishes, table, wi-fi and air conditioner with heating function.

We really enjoyed our stay. True, there were some difficulties with check-in upon arrival, because we did not receive check-in instructions. It is imperative to contact the property in advance and then everything will be fine. The location is very convenient, the views are stunning! The air conditioner works for heat, the room quickly warmed up, the cool weather did not bother us. The room has everything you need. Considering that these are apartments, cleaning is not provided. You also take out the trash yourself. There are many containers near the house, everything is convenient. Every morning at 9-00 breakfast was delivered to the room. Different every day. Salad of fresh vegetables with an omelet, or sausages, or buckwheat, or boiled eggs. A bag of tea and coffee. Thanks to the hosts, we liked everything.👍

The room lacks a microwave and toaster. There's only a mirror in the bathroom. There's no space for long clothes, such as coats or dresses. There's no coat rack in the hallway, only in the room. There are no bedside lamps, only overhead lighting.

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. It's located in the center of New Tbilisi. The hotel is new, everything is new and clean. We stayed on the 21st floor, and the view was amazing! The room had spoons, forks, plates, mugs, glasses, a corkscrew, a hairdryer, shampoos, etc. There were a few 'buts': the housekeeping. When we first checked in, there were no large towels in the room. We asked at reception twice, but the towels were never brought. We had to literally track down a housekeeper on our floor and almost force them to give us towels. Housekeeping wasn't daily. Then, during one cleaning, the housekeeper threw away our slippers and didn't leave new ones. It was like, 'Why do you need them, just walk barefoot.' And the most interesting thing: our Troika metro card was taken from our room. We had intentionally left it in the slot so the fridge would stay on while we were out. We tried to get it back from reception for two days, and they just shrugged. But then we got lucky and they returned it. It's completely unclear why the housekeeper took it out in the first place. Another thing we didn't like was that during peak season, we had to wait a long time for the elevator, and it made our ears pop. Overall, everything was good, but we had issues with the housekeepers.

Room was big enough but doesn’t have a laundry machine. They said city view but it was building view right behind another orbit city. Quite boring view Reception was so slow and so many excuses they can’t support Not their fault! Company fault Almost nothing you can expect from the reception about change or any support You simple sleep and stay, no communication with staff to support Them quite good deal to stay

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.

Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were accommodated in a sea-view apartment on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, they're very helpful, and they even offered to help us buy train tickets to Tbilisi! We didn't have meals, so we ate breakfast wherever we could, including downstairs. The staff was equally friendly and helpful. There's also a great cafe in the building next door. The elevators are efficient, with three passenger elevators. The room is spacious, with plenty of room to move around, as is the bathroom. The shower was on IVF, so after you'd thoroughly washed your hair, everyone else wouldn't get a chance, so we had to wait. Our bathroom door also had trouble opening (it kept hitting the floor), and the sink leaked. In the shower, unless you hold the shower head in your hand, it would pour down the glass onto the edge and the floor. But it wasn't a big deal, and we got used to it. Towels were changed daily, and bed linens every three days. Mosquitoes sometimes fly onto the floor, so be aware. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, which is convenient. The balcony had room for two chairs, so you can sometimes sit there and drink wine. The old town (ski lift) is just an hour's walk away. We walked along the embankment every day; it's very large and beautiful! Near the hotel there are many currency exchange offices, shopping centers, fresh bread, shops, etc. We are happy with our choice and recommend it.
