The bedding is fantastic, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is a special treat – the water pressure and drainage are excellent, and anyone who travels a lot will understand what I mean. Perfect. 10 out of 10. The view is an added bonus!
The room lacks a microwave and toaster. There's only a mirror in the bathroom. There's no space for long clothes, such as coats or dresses. There's no coat rack in the hallway, only in the room. There are no bedside lamps, only overhead lighting.
I stayed in these apartments from February 11th to 17th. When I checked in, the room was spotless and smelled amazing! I really liked that I didn't need to talk to anyone before checking in; I could just go straight to my room. The hosts of these apartments provided detailed instructions on how to check in and were always ready to help 🥹🩷. The room has a clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, dishes, and extra blankets in case it gets chilly. I would happily come back here again! Thank you 🩷🥰
The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.
Hotel location is good, very close to Batumi's European Square and the seaside trail. The service attitude of the hotel was very bad. I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of the stay. The door lock of the room could not be opened. There was a staff member in the whole hotel. I couldn't open it with the hotel card. I said that there were no technicians now and offered to open another room for us. Solve it tomorrow morning. Because we will return to Tbilisi the next morning, the time arrangement is tight, and all the luggage is in the room, and there is no peace of mind to change the room, so I insist on asking the hotel to find a way to open the door, but the hotel has been shirking. After dragging for 2 or 3 hours, through the coordination of Trip.com , the manager came to the scene. At first, he did not solve the problem in the attitude of solving the problem. He said that the door was originally good, but why it would not open now. It was not until 2 am that the door was opened and the room was changed for us. During the whole process, we stayed outdoors for 5 hours. If the hotel handles it early, it can solve the problem in up to half an hour. The location is very convenient, the views are stunning! The air conditioner works for heat, the room quickly warmed up, the cool weather did not bother us. The room has everything you need. Considering that these are apartments, cleaning is not provided. You also take out the trash yourself. There are many containers near the house, everything is convenient.
Every morning at 9-00 breakfast was delivered to the room. Different every day. Salad of fresh vegetables with an omelet, or sausages, or buckwheat, or boiled eggs. A bag of tea and coffee.

Good afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.
I visited during the off-season in December. This place is essentially a concrete jungle, unlike anything I've ever seen. I can't imagine what it's like during peak season, but I was lucky.
I encountered several issues:
- The administrator didn't send me check-in information the day before arrival, as agreed.
- My room didn't have an AC remote, and without it, the room was very cold. Plus, it was dusty, but the admin offered to switch my room.
- In the new room, the balcony door didn't close properly, leading to noise and cold. Also, the internet, which I needed for work video conferences, wasn't working well. So, I had to go back to the old room.
- My key stopped opening the room on the second day, forcing me to wait in a long line at reception at an inconvenient time.
- The shower gel provided is a hair killer. No shampoo is given, so it's better to buy your own.
However, all these issues were mitigated by the price and the fact that the administrator was always reachable. Overall, it was comfortable to stay in the room.
Very convenient location is in the city center, a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars. The room is new, spacious, cleaning every day. The room was a balcony, nice to sit in the evening. Very kind staff, thank you for the reception. Of what needs to be improved- there was no refrigerator and a trash basket in the room. The mini kitchen indicated in the hotel description was also absent, we were unprincipled, but it should be indicated. Our room was also near the kitchen and breakfast area, the work of the staff starts early in the morning and could not sleep in the morning. I think it is wrong- guests come to rest rather than listen to the work of the kitchen from the early morning. Perhaps this is only a problem of the room we have offered, but it is significant. If this is not the point, the hotel is recommended to stay.

GGuest UserWide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

GgeritchQuite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
