I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

Good afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.

I stayed in these apartments from February 11th to 17th. When I checked in, the room was spotless and smelled amazing! I really liked that I didn't need to talk to anyone before checking in; I could just go straight to my room. The hosts of these apartments provided detailed instructions on how to check in and were always ready to help 🥹🩷. The room has a clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, dishes, and extra blankets in case it gets chilly. I would happily come back here again! Thank you 🩷🥰

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

We stayed at Blue Sky Apart Hotel for 6 nights at the end of July and were very satisfied. We had a cozy studio with a mountain view on the 10th floor. The windows faced a construction site, so it was noisy with the balcony open, but the noise was barely audible with the door closed. The room was new, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was tastefully chosen: quality furniture, a comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, an excellent air conditioner, Smart TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a tea and coffee set, and beautiful dishes. In the bathroom, there were good fixtures, an excellent hairdryer, a heated towel rail, pristine white towels, slippers, and all necessary amenities. Minor suggestions would be to add hair conditioner, a bath mat, and more hangers in the closet. Special thanks to the hotel team for their prompt assistance and quick resolution of any issues. The location is excellent: opposite Carrefour, and only a 5-7 minute walk to Batumi Boulevard and the sea. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would gladly return and recommend it to friends.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

The hotel itself offers beautiful views from its 50-story high-rise, and there are several similar hotels within the building. The room was clean and nice. Outside the hotel, I'd add a few points: 1. Parking is a problem. There's no free parking anywhere nearby. I can't imagine where people park during peak season if there are no spots along the road even in May. Paid parking costs 30-40 GEL per day. 2. On the corner, there are about 10-15 prostitutes who head into this hotel in the evenings. Seeing this was a bit off-putting and made the area feel a bit seedy. There's also a casino and a nightclub nearby. Overall, though, none of this really interfered with relaxing in the room. 3. There's ongoing construction, so it can get noisy during the day. I would return to the hotel, as it's a great option considering the price-quality ratio.

My husband booked this accommodation for my friend and me. On July 27, 2026, I checked into my standard room with a sea view. ATTENTION! Room 30-20. The absolute worst! First, there was a terrible smell from the sewage system! There was water on the bathroom floor! The toilet door wouldn't close because the door frame was swollen from the water! The toilet tank was leaking and wouldn't refill. The furniture in the room was cheap and outdated! The phone didn't work, so I couldn't contact reception to call an ambulance for my friend, who was feeling unwell! The TV didn't work. The room was dark because the balcony was cornered with dark glass, and there was only one small window to get some air; you couldn't breathe on the balcony. After 2 days, I decided to complain about all the shortcomings of this room, after which it was immediately changed to 31-08. This room finally matched the pictures on the website and my expectations. The room was bright, with working plumbing, furniture, and appliances. The balcony was open and spacious. The air conditioning worked, as did the TV. Why couldn't they have assigned me to a room that matched what I paid for initially? The service was disgusting! In the first few days, I asked for a drying rack for the room for 2 days! They promised but brought nothing! Also, a technician came to the first room to fix the phone but never actually fixed it. There can be queues for the elevator, and you might wait 10 minutes. The soundproofing in the rooms is also very poor. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go to Batumi at all! And Courtyard is not the best place to stay in this city.

Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Хороший новый отель с бассейном, расположен недалеко от аэропорта и посёлка Гонио, где есть старинная крепость и хороший пляж с чистой водой (на такси минут 10-15). Напротив же самого отеля расположена длинная городская набережная - неособо для купания, но ней приятно прогуляться с утра. В отеле хорошие завтраки. И овощи и фрукты и йогурта и выпечка, кофе натуральный. Персонал вежливый, говорит по-русски. Номер дали с видом на бассейн и море, за что отдельное спасибо. В номере есть все необходимое, включая халаты. До центра города на такси от отеля можно доехать за 10 минут, такси недорогое.
