The apartment smelt of stale smoke a lot but was relaxing and had a great view. The check-in was easy and straight forward at reception and the receptionist was kind.
Great views from the balcony, with much more privacy than other orbi apartments. I’d recommend it’s worth the money - not a palace but decent.

The room lacks a microwave and toaster. There's only a mirror in the bathroom. There's no space for long clothes, such as coats or dresses. There's no coat rack in the hallway, only in the room. There are no bedside lamps, only overhead lighting.

Guest UserGood afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.

MaryMalyPros: Location, view, cleanliness, contactless check-in, Wi-Fi, and the room was ready before check-in time.
Cons: In our room (2514), the table was broken and so wobbly it was impossible to sit at it. There were only two shot glasses and regular glasses, but no mugs. No microwave.
It gets noisy in the city center in the evenings, so bring earplugs. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the children; we noticed the lack of pillows and they were brought to us, but we only realized there were no blankets in the evening. The administrator is available from 10 AM to 7 PM, and then that's it, so when you check in, immediately check what's missing in the room. There are no sponges, kitchen towels, or water in the room, so if you're staying for a while, bring your own. By the way, the pillows are uncomfortable, so if that's critical for you, bring your own like I did 😁 Parking is bad, but that seems to be the case everywhere in central Batumi. It’s an excellent option for an overnight stay, but for a longer visit, I would choose something more comfortable.

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Роман ПодольскOverall, the apartment was decent for a one-week stay. The pros: great location near the sea, being on a floor above 20 with sea views was spectacular. It had two rooms, which was convenient, and we could cook our own meals (there was a stove and all necessary cooking utensils). Shops were nearby. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the towels, bed, pillows, and mattress were all good. The apartments themselves are still quite new. Now for the cons: terrible soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin (you can hear snoring or conversations from next door). The Wi-Fi was bad, constantly freezing or slow, and the TV used internet-based channels. There was no housekeeping; they changed towels once in a week but never even cleaned the toilet, etc. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell, it was a nightmare. There are only three elevators, so there can be significant queues in the evenings. All in all, for the price we paid, it was tolerable, but we're unlikely to return here (to this specific hotel).

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

Guest UserIf you're traveling by car, be prepared for a long search for a parking spot, or locals will sell you one (not cheaply). We stayed in a large room for 7 people with a sea view. The room was nice and clean, BUT one bed was broken.

PKLOPros: I'd give the hotel a solid five stars for its views and location. The view from the window was truly stunning, and the location was perfect – everything was within walking distance. A special thanks for the free luggage storage, which was a huge help on check-out day.
Cons: We booked four rooms for a group of friends. Unfortunately, we were spread across different floors, and the rooms turned out to be of completely different categories (even though we paid the same price for all). When my friends came to my room, they compared the conditions and were quite disappointed. I wish they would inform guests about the differences in rooms or try to place groups closer together when booking. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
