The location is good, close to the beach. The room wasn't very clean, the Wi-Fi was poor, but it was okay for an overnight stay. The bed was large and there was soap. You can enter either through the cafe or through a large gate that someone opens. There's water in the back, which probably attracts insects. We had a huge cockroach in our room. I didn't take photos. The window was small and near the ceiling, and the bathroom door was difficult to open—you had to push it hard. There were a towel, chairs, and an electrical outlet.

A brand new facility with a good layout and spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable, exactly what I needed after a long day of travelling. The air conditioning is extremely good with 2 AC’s in a room. Clean bathrooms and the room came with a kitchen equipped with all necessary essentials.  Their manager, named Dilshan ensured my stay was smooth and comfortable  from the moment I arrived there till I checked out. Professional, pleasant and a helpful person.  Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely return.

二個房間二個衞生間，🈶陽台，燃氣灶和鍋碗瓢勺都有，適合一家子出行喜歡自己做飯的客人，美中不足的是訂單寫了上午10點入住，第二天下午3點退房，到了酒店的情況是下午2️⃣點多了還不給入住，當天晚上就來催第二天得提前退房，要求我們11點退房，幸好有攜程，及時維護了客人的利益，酒店的位置是不錯的，房型也滿意的，唯一不足的就是酒店不守信，很沒禮貌。

Отель хороший. Расположение в центре. Огромные номера. Есть кухня, всё работает. Персонал отзывчивый. Были проблемы с раковиной, решили сразу. В отеле есть бассейн с лежаками. Море в 10 метрах. Но не рекомендую там купаться, во первых грязное море, во вторых очень опасно. Это не пляж для купания. Но зато красивый вид из номера на этот пляж. Соседнее здание католическая церковь. 2 раза в день проводят мессу, утром рано и вечером в 5. Поют в микрофон, в принципе красивым голосом, но в любом случае выглядит как караоке. Затем батюшка читает проповедь прихожанам и все это тоже в микрофон. Я встаю рано, поэтому меня с утра этот караоке не напрягал. Будь готовы и осведомлены если что. Минус ещё в том что в номере появляются мелкие муравьи буквально через секунду как только забудете еду или хоть крошку оброните. В общем не оставлять еду вне холодильника и убирать за собой после еды. Но в любом случае клиринг каждый день или по запросу, они быстро справляются с этими муравьями. Они без обидные, просто неприятно. Сам городок Негомбо ни о чем, делать там нечего кроме как провести несколько дней после прилета или до отлёта. Вообще нечего смотреть в этом городке. Вообще. Но зато много ресторанов вкуснейших морепродуктов. Мои рекомендации по цене и качеству Ресторан Jude Restaurant. Пешком минут 20 до него от отеля. В самом отеле питание не предусмотрено, нет кафе или типа того.

The room is clean and comfortable, just like living in China. The location is excellent, and the vegetable market, supermarket and shopping mall are all about ten minutes' walk away, which is very convenient.

Our apartment was nice, bedsheets were clean and rooms are spacious. However, the rooms had strong smell of cigarettes during our stay.

Все супер, отличное место для остановки Коломбо, очень чисто, менеджер всегда на связи, подскажет что угодно по пребыванию в Коломбо в целом. две ванные комнаты, что очень удобно для размещения двух семейных пар. Рядом прекрасная улочка с ресторанами, торговые центры в пешей доступности. Спасибо за такое гостеприимство.

Please take a closer look if you come to Negombo. I booked two rooms, but when they arrived, they were connected to a suite separated by a door. The surroundings are relatively remote. Breakfast is 3 US dollars per person, but the quality is very good. We originally spent the night in Negombo, and the elephant orphanage the next day, in fact, there is really no need to waste money in the elephant orphanage. Because I only used Ctrip to watch, I feel that Negombo has no good hotels at all. In fact, there are many good hotels here! There are many delicious gourmet shops. But to book this kind of reservation, Ctrip has very few listings.
