Spring Creek Vacations

The room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!
Moose Hotel and Suites
4.5/544 Reviews
This hotel is highly recommended in banff town. It has complete facilities and a warm and comfortable environment. You will get a three-day scenic bus ticket for free when you stay. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. The Italian restaurant on the first floor is also very delicious. ps The hotel adheres to the concept of environmental protection and does not have drinking water supply. It is said that banff can drink water directly or buy it at the market price. The hand sanitizer and soap are also made from local brands and are of good quality.
Sandman Signature Sherwood Park Hotel
4.5/598 Reviews
Our family stayed at the Sandman Sherwood Park on Boxing Day 2023. Once again they met all our expectations and more. There was a mixup on my part on the booking and it was resolved in a most agreeable and professional manner. Thanks to Mark Chan and Theodore (GM) who worked together to solve the issue. I won’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and will stay there again. And a shout out to Fiona and her co-worker for the cleanliness maintained in our room.!
Grand Inn & Residence- Grande Prairie

Book with *********** was easy. We reduced our stay by one day. They reimbursed us no problem. The rooms were spacious and far better than a stay in a motel room with a little bar fridge. We had two king beds with a full kitchen stove fridge and utensils along with detergent to clean our dishes. Has big tub and nice shower
Basecamp Suites Banff
4.4/5101 Reviews
The Basecamp Suites are ideally located, with every amenity you could need within walking distance. The attached parkade is perfect for keeping your car warm and snow-free, whether you’re heading out to explore the stunning lakes around Banff or hitting the slopes at one of the amazing Big 3 ski hills! We loved being able to return to our accommodation after a day on the hill, cook dinner together in our own space, and enjoy each other's company over a glass of wine. Afterward, we relaxed in the rooftop hot tubs, watching the sunset over the breathtaking mountain views. Not only was the location and accommodation top-notch, but the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any questions. Basecamp Banff, I’m officially your biggest fan—and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for an unforgettable experience! ❤️
Copperstone Resort
4.2/5100 Reviews
My friends and I booked a 3 bedroom through Expedia. When we arrived, it was a tiny 2 bedroom suite, with not enough beds or room for us to sit together. Unfortunately, because it was booked through Expedia, we had to deal directly with Expedia and the owner of the suite which was a huge hassle and spent hours of our time trying to fix the situation. The hotel rents suites by owners, as well as suites owned by the hotel. After not getting far with Expedia nor the suite owner, we talked to the manager Aaron, and he was able to get us into a significantly larger suite. He did what he could to accommodate us, and it cost us less than what Expedia charged for a much smaller unit. The suite was amazing, very comfortable beds and had lots of room for our girls weekend away. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again, and will be sure to book directly with the hotel.
