The hotel was lovely and we hardly went out. The room was large and very comfortable. Service was great. Food was delicious. We enjoyed the breakfasts and we really enjoyed having in room dining as an option at no extra cost. The room faces the pool and the restaurant so you do need to keep the curtains closed if you want privacy. The hotel is walking distance (for fit people) to Pantai Cenang. However, there were a few times we needed to take Grab instead. Give yourself a bit of time to secure a Grab driverbecause they take a while to agree to come to the hotel.

We regretted only booking two nights; the place turned out to be fantastic, beyond all expectations. It's surrounded by nature, jungle, and monkeys running around, but they're not insolent – ​​they don't take your food (the main thing is to bring your breakfast home on time), so you can watch them. 🙂 This isn't a luxury villa, and yes, there are a few minor flaws, but it's so atmospheric, and the warmth they offer to their guests is incredible. Airport transfers are provided, and breakfast is delivered every 8am. Housekeeping was also provided. Incidentally, the internet worked better than in a hotel in the city center. Regarding the remote location, Langkawi is generally difficult to get around without a rental car or a taxi, so we didn't see it as a problem. We'll definitely return if we get to Langkawi again.

🌿 A Truly Memorable Holiday at The Jerai Hill 🌿 Our family getaway to The Jerai Hill was simply unforgettable. I went with my mother, my husband, and our children — and from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of this place. The atmosphere throughout the day — morning, evening, and night — was incredibly refreshing. With a cool temperature of around 24°C, it truly felt like we were on holiday abroad! 🍽 The food was another highlight of our stay. Dinner was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s taste. Breakfast was just as delightful — the hash browns were perfectly crispy, and both the pasta and macaroni were full of flavour. We really looked forward to every meal! 🏡 Our room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was strong — making showers a real pleasure. 🌟 Activities and surroundings added to the magic. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, and my children had so much fun splashing around in the pool provided. One of the highlights was the strawberry farm, which was so close that we could see it right from our room window. 💖 Overall, our stay at The Jerai Hill felt peaceful, refreshing, and filled with joy. It was a perfect escape for our family, and we can’t wait to return!

Staffs friendly and helpful. Environment is quiet and peaceful. Bathroom conditions not so good. Buffet not many choices but decent. Will recommend this place if you do not want to stay too near pantai cenang beach which is quite crowded. Will recommend this place to others.

Stayed as a family of 4. Totally enjoyed the stay. The villa is very clean and the owner is very responsive. Also very happy with free access to the facilities of the hotel within the same compound.

Thank you, we really enjoyed it. It's cozy and clean. The girl at reception is great. She helped us book tickets to Koh Lipe and the suspension bridge. The beach is a 5-minute walk across the road, with a cafe and a shop on the way. The grocery store is a short 5-minute walk away.

Good afternoon. The villa matches the photos on the website. It's clean and has everything you need. There's a wonderful pool in the courtyard, so you can even swim! Contactless check-in. The beach and cafe are a 10-minute walk away! We loved everything!

Beautiful location ~ peaceful and quiet. Can hire a bike from there, so easy to get one and head out exploring. Nowhere is too far away but you feel nice and secluded there.  Super helpful and friendly staff/owners.
