An amazing location especially when all the day tourists have left with the last cable car. The rooms are spacious and spread out through the forest with a beautiful view. The staff really made an effort to cater for a vegetarian non-Chinese speaking guest. The dinner and breakfast were really good. For all future international guests as communication was still challenging: When you arrive at the cable car station in Wannian you need to buy the park ticket only. Then you walk up the stairs to the cable car but on the stairs turn left where you see offices. Go there, show your hotel booking and you will receive a cable car voucher return ticket (same process if you stay a second day and need to go up again). Directly out of the cable car turn left. The hotel is IN the station itself. If you plan on going to the golden summit: You can buy a bus ticket directly to Leidongping. Bus left at 8am and took 1:15h.

Service: The service was very good. They asked us to eat breakfast while it was hot, fearing it would get cold. However, we went there late and there was no dinner available. We had to go to town to finish our meal, which was not very convenient. Facilities: The hot water takes a while to be available, the room is cold at night, there are electric blankets and electric heaters, the floor heating is not very effective, but during the day the sun shines into the room and it is warm or even hot. There are stairs in the B&B, and the hotel owner will help you get your suitcase to the room Environment: The hotel is not in Changpinggou or Changping Village, but in the neighboring Changqing Village. There are residents all around, so it is not easy to drive in, but the hotel has a yard for parking.

From helping me bring my luggage to the second floor, offering to clean and replenish towels, drinking water etc everyday. Plus gave valuable tourist attraction information to places you want to go. Just ask and they will deliver. And the room was clean and exactly what I needed for the short few days stay. Cool aircon. Fast wifi. Great hairdryer and provided toiletries. The location is fantastic, just over ten minutes from the scenic area. From the rooftop, you can overlook the entire Dujiangyan, offering a spectacular panoramic view. It's so relaxing and comfortable to just chill on the rooftop in the evening. The hotel has an elegant and classical feel, and the front desk staff are efficient, attentive, and friendly. The room was clean and simple, with a window that made it very bright and airy. The service was excellent, and all the facilities were in good working order. Highly recommended!

This might just be the best guesthouse in Chengdu! The blend of different styles works really well together. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the Tibetan-style decorations are very tasteful. The public areas are so comfortable and inviting, it feels just like home. The breakfast is delicious too, especially the noodles and soy milk. After just one day, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed; I even wished I could have stayed longer.

perhaps one of the most comfortable stays ive ever had in China! the man was friendly enough to guide us to our room, as the villa is really big to navigate through, but the environment is so calm and quiet. really cathartic just roaming around. their garden is well kept and the flowers smells beautiful! and their rooms are well kept as well, as cleanliness is clearly their top priority. really satisfied with our stay here! thank you very much.
