Spent a wonderful New Year's Eve here! The suite was cozy and well-equipped with everything you'd need, just like home. The service was warm and attentive. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Hefei. Plus, the parking lot is on B2 and has direct access to the hotel front desk.

Advantages: The room is very spacious, the facilities are not new but clean, there is a refrigerator and washing machine, folding clothes drying rack must be praised, free parking, there are charging piles in the ground parking lot, there is an internal landline, and a rare hotel apartment also includes breakfast. The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is quiet. You need to swipe your card for the elevator in the building. There are no companies or shops on the same floor as there are residents. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs of the hotel, making life convenient. Disadvantages: 1. The head room and the upstairs and downstairs are not well soundproofed. They are both connected to a glass curtain wall. Late night movements upstairs and the noise of the subwoofer downstairs can be heard most clearly at the bedside. 2. Continued sweeping and cleaning is not enough. The old-fashioned string mop used not only fails to mop the hair clean, but also sometimes leaves a smell after mopping. In addition, it is recommended that the cleaning lady not take the initiative to clean things on the table. Some empty bottle boxes are useful. 3. The hot water is small, so bathing in cold weather is difficult, and water overflows from the basin.

The room layout is great, it's exactly the style I wanted, it's really great. The spacious space allows residents to move freely without feeling cramped. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are a highlight of the room, which not only bring plenty of natural light into the room, but also provide a panoramic view of the bustling city. Lying on the bed, you can enjoy the busy traffic and flashing neon lights outside the window, as if you are in the embrace of the city. The choice of furniture is also very tasteful, simple and practical, which complements the overall loft style.

This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Hefei this time. The environment was great, the location was excellent, and it was a beautifully decorated apartment developed by Sunac Real Estate. The design was superb, and my friend was very happy with it. It was a memorable trip, and the hotel definitely made a big difference.

The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a good location, the room cleaning staff is kind, the room is affordable and cost-effective, there is a very comfortable and pleasant stay experience, awesome!

The parking lot description was unclear, and the landlord failed to inform the customer that the parking was above ground, causing the customer to mistakenly enter a different commercial underground parking lot and pay three times the parking fee of 60 yuan. When the customer inquired and offered suggestions, the landlord's attitude was extremely rude, offering numerous excuses and showing absolutely no empathy. Having traveled frequently, this is the first time I've given a negative review; I'm speechless. The customer requested to check out at 2 PM, but the password expired before that time. When the customer called to inquire, the landlord explained it was a problem with the keypad lock. Where is the landlord's service? Terrible attitude!!!

The room is large, the facilities inside are great, the living is very comfortable, the boss is also very good, every time I come to Xiangyang to live in this, it is very recommended!

Very beautiful, spacious room, awesome view from 4th floor, very helpful staff for getting taxi from and back to the train station and for planning my itinerary on the mountain and suggesting alternative destinations for bad weather. 房间非常漂亮、宽敞，从四楼望出去景色非常棒，工作人员非常乐于助人，帮助我从火车站往返拼车，为我规划山上的行程，并在天气不好的时候为我建议其他目的地。
