The location is great. You just have to select a rented property carefully. Ours looks like a bodega malayo sa picture Ng room na ni booked namin π we are on our anniversary trip just my husband and I. The room is huge pero Hindi maayos, a spare bed on a side, two broken TV's under the table, a center table on the countertop.all in all parang inayusang bodega, Hindi matawagan ang agent wala kaming ma present na authorisation, buti na Lang to the rescue is ate guard πππ anyway all charged to experience.

The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.π The room is clean and the room ac is nice! ππ₯Ά
I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. πSo I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. π₯Ίπ And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. π€π€«π΄ But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri π«‘ππ

The place is good and near on almost everything you need. But the timing before we checked in was a bit off and they can not be contacted. We waited for almost 2hrs in the car for the someone who can let us in. But over all i can give 7 out of 10 for this.

The place was clean. It was very annoying and took a long time though to be able to allow a massage therapist to come and give me a massage. I prefer to stay at hotels for this reason. There should also have been more than one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests for 3 nights and more than 2 towels.

The place is really nice and clean. The room smells nice ans ate nelly (caretaker) is very accommodating. The owner and caretaker replies fast and assisted us the whole time. They provided information on where a 24 convenience store is located and what time the nearest mall closes. Will be staying here again soon we love it so much β€οΈπ₯°

GGuest UserService crew was very accommodating. Requests to change pillows, provide floor towels and other room service requests have been fulfilled promptly. Breakfast food was filling and satisfying. The only major drawback to this trip was the cleanliness. We had to request a couple of pillows to be changed because they were blood stained. Same with the inner bedsheet. The eating table was not cleaned properly and for the most part, the room needed to be dusted/cleaned properly. The shower drained very slowly and the water was not warm enough. The place should be polished to restore its old glory because right now it is looking a bit outdated due to lack of maintenance in my opinion. Otherwise, the whole property was scenic and serene.
