Lovely escape from the city! As soon as we got there (only 15 minutes away from the train station) we were greeted warmly and offered an upgrade to a villa. The villa was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the hotel staff even drove us wherever we needed to go each day. We were lucky and had a very clear view of the lake up on Changbai mountain. I’m glad we chose to stay at this hotel. My children loved the open space, the cats, and the hot tub. Thanks again for your kindness and attention to detail. We hope to be back in the fall.

I took my baby to ski at Songhua Lake and chose Yangshan Villa~ The villa design is warm and comfortable, giving us the feeling of home. Compared with hotel rooms, I prefer this kind of family-style villa. It has a large space and is more convenient for eating takeout and drying clothes. It is very suitable for living with children. Although the location is not as good as the Prince Hotel, the butler provided very considerate services. New Year's Day took parents and children to Jilin Songhua Lake Ski Resort for the New Year's Eve. I booked another homestay on Trip.com, but I couldn't check in normally because of the landlord. After consulting my needs, I changed this one. First of all, let me talk about the good aspects: 1. The location is very close to the snow field 2. The landlord is more enthusiastic and sends a message in time 3. There are slides in the house that children like. Let's talk about the bad places: 1. The hygiene is really bad. There are many sanitary corners on the sofa, floor, desktop, and bathroom. I can't bear to look at it carefully. 2. The facilities are not complete, the faucet is broken, the water heater capacity is not enough, and there is no hot water for half of the washing; there are no normal towels and bath towels are disposable thin cotton towels; there are no normal bedding, and they are all quilted disposable paper towels. The cover is very uncomfortable; The landlord’s personal items are piled up in the indoor cabinet. How to say that since you choose to be a homestay, you still have to clean up your personal items as much as possible, or there is a special space to place personal items in a centralized manner. Commercial rentals still have to have a sense of boundaries with guests. The unused mahjong table is also placed on the side of the room and looks very messy. It has been a while, but I am not satisfied with the accommodation perspective of this trip, and I will be more cautious when choosing a homestay in the future.
