We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.)
What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.”
This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service.
By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

There are some good cafes and grocery stores nearby, and a liquor store is 1 km away.
We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels.
The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable.
This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.
Unexpected hotel, very new, facilities in all aspects are new feeling, hotel service attitude is also good, but originally said in advance to help pack breakfast in the morning and put the refrigerator in the end did not see the arrangement.
Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.
When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.
Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.
Great location, but this hotel was a bit of a weird experience. We stayed for one night. It was fine for one night. I felt more like I was staying at a hotel than at my aunt's, who wasn't very friendly and was a bit arrogant for no apparent reason. The atmosphere was just right, a hint of cool, but very bourgeois. There were no lamps or switches near the bed; you had to go to the door, turn off the light, and then return to bed in pitch darkness. Breakfast was edible, but it was in the basement. It was very cold there. The coffee wasn't tasty, the pancakes were excellent, but the tablecloths were really dirty. Overall, it was okay to spend the night; it wasn't exactly bad, but I'd advise the owners of this hotel to stay at other hotels to understand how things work and apply them to their own.
Small hotel but room was quite spacious . General public areas was tasteful and spacious as well. The staff were most impressive and helpful with our needs. Especially at the concierge, the language skill of the staff there made our visit so much easier and familiar.

づづぅAbout 15 minutes walk to Registan Square. About 7 minutes to mini shop. It is located in a residential area in the back of the old town.
The courtyard is comfortable and you can feel the wind in the terrace seat. Breakfast is served individually. It serves quite a lot of fruit.
The room took off the shoes in the corridor. I stayed for 4 nights, but on the 3rd day there was cleaning and towel replacement.
There is a toothbrush in the room but there is no cup.
The air-conditioning is also good. Shower room, suitable hot water flow is good.
Check out on the way back and send it to the train station for free by the car arranged by the owner.
The owner of the inn, the eldest son, is friendly and speaks various English.
GGuest UserWe really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.
