Hotels With spa in Balikesir Province, Türkiye

The city is between Istanbul and Izmir. I stopped and I was happy for my stay. It was good specially with the Turkish hammam , free parking outside the hotel and good food . The only bad thing was the water of pool was a bit cold and WC in room smell bad. Thanks for hotel team.

Everything is perfect except food (lunch and dinner) quality and taste! Rooms are very clean and professional personnels. Surely I will arrange another trip there soon

We're definitely going back to the hotel. The rooms were clean and the most detailed personal care products were thought and placed. The staff were very friendly and interesting. Open buffet breakfast and staff service were beautiful. I recommend. We stayed 1 night very happy. We will go back as soon as possible because we have no more accommodation.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with our stay at Allia Kazdağları Thermal Health & Spa. Even though the hotel was almost empty, it felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at all. The room was very noisy; the windows were drafty and let the cold air in. The double bed was far too small for two people, and there was only a single duvet. For a hotel of this category, that is completely unacceptable. The food prices were also much too high. On top of that, you seemed to have to pay extra for practically everything. Given the prices, I would have expected significantly more service and comfort. However, I want to give a huge shoutout to the spa team! The facial treatment and massage with Ms. İlayda were fantastic. She was extremely competent, her consultation was excellent, and her product recommendations were truly great. The Indonesian staff members who performed the Turkish bath (hamam) and massages were also simply wonderful. I can wholeheartedly recommend these ladies! They did their job professionally and with a lot of dedication. Unfortunately, these positive experiences cannot make up for the many shortcomings of the rest of the hotel. Room comfort, customer service, and value for money were very disappointing for me. My conclusion: The spa team is top-notch and absolutely recommended, but unfortunately, the rest of the hotel does not live up to its expectations and price tag. I had hoped for a relaxing stay with my mother and sister and overall expected a lot more.

It's really clean and related hotel. Thanks to my being a foreigner of the fishing house, I never had any trouble with them. They were very helpful in everything. It was a very comfortable accommodation for me.
