Hotels With Spa in Phuket Province, Thailand

If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

Absolutely great experience and Panwaburi. The staff are so kind and explain everything so well, the facilities from the restaurant to rooftop pool are amazing. The only thing l would say was not good was the distance from the resort to other places, we spent a lot of time on the road because of this which was unfortunately a downside. Would stay there again though

A good hotel, close to the beach, the night market and the famous Bangla Road Street, a lot of exchangers are nearby, if you can always find a profitable price. Also a number of supermarkets and regular fruit shops. The bail can be left in both local currency and in dollars, euros and rubles (5000 rubles) Staff on respiratory not very social, in Russian does not speak, only in English. Take the room + breakfast, breakfast is the same day, but there is always eggs and fruits for which a big plus. There is a pleasant pool if you don't want to go to the beach in the heat. The room is simple but cozy. Fen, teapot, safe is. Cleaning was every day, with floor washing. Only once we didn't get water. Overall it's all right.

First of all, buffet breakfast was the best of all hotels that i stayed. Pool restaurant's food was delicious too. Room service was good. But sometimes worker did not give us daily water, and shampoo etc. Location is good. Receptions were friendly. Only thing that made us unconfortable was stinks from bathroom. Bad smell smells almost all the time, from unknown place which was really bad. I will stay there again because of buffet breakfast haha.

We were greeted warmly at the hotel reception area which looks out to the amazing swimming pool that envelopes the entire resort. Due to the extra documentation required, checking in will naturally be longer than usual. Fingers crossed you will not get a queue in front of you when you step into the hotel :) The room assigned to us was lovely even though it was the lead in category room. It was spacious enough for 2 persons, and everything looked brand new as the hotel was built in 2020. We tried to request for an upgrade but due to their high occupancy, they were unable to upgrade us. However, they more than compensated by sending a birthday cake plus complimentary birthday cocktails for us, as we were both celebrating our birthdays in Phuket. The buffet breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Every morning, despite how tired we were, we dragged ourselves to the restaurant, spent like 2-3 hours going through the selections and savoring everything they have to offer. I cannot believe they also provide items like crepes, ice cream, parma ham and different curries for breakfast as they are not typical breakfast dishes. I was very impressed. The services from the hotel staff exceeded our expectations. We tried to tip as much as we could, seeing that the service industry has taken a big hit during the pandemic for a place like Phuket. They were all really appreciative. Special shout out to Benoit, the Director of Sales/Operations for the hotel. He was very patient, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything works out smoothly prior to our arrival. Thank you once again Ben, you have definitely helped made this trip a very memorable one for the both of us. Seeing that the restrictions are slowly lifted by the Thai government, please take a leap of faith and take that long awaited vacation in the land of smiles :-D Happy vacationing and stay safe everyone!

Stayed in the hotel only as I am leaving very early tomorrow to Khao Lak. Its a good pitstop hotel probably not for long term. The location is not exactly on a prime location. Its in the middle of a road with nothing much happening around. You need to travel 10 minutes by car to get to anything worth mentioning. Other than that the price is very spot on. Less than $20 I paid for a triple room, couldnt really complain much. Room is clean but the age of the room is already showing. Bathroom for instance is mouldy. AC is very loud. But you get past it for the price you pay. Recommended for short stay, not for long term. There's parking with security, which was a plus.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. The hotel is so good! The room was big and clean. Cleaning every day. So close to the beach! Just cross the road and here you are. Breakfast was amazing! Really a lot if different food, so everybody can choose what they like. Wifi was workinv in the room in a good way! Tv as well! On the roof the swimming pools were working, but one area was closed. Maybe that area opens only for high season. But without that area it was still great! Definitely will come back here one day 😁😁 The only minus was that on balcony our clothes were not drying at all, cause the window was small and it was going inside (between the 2 hotel buildings) and there was a roof between the buildings, so, there was no any ventilation. So, the clothes were getting smelly instead of drying. 🤦🏼♀️ But there are other areas with opened balconies, so, maybe in those rooms there is no such a problem.
